Ali and Frank investigate a rock star accused of murdering a woman who fathered his child -- a woman he swears he never even met. While trying to figure out what Nicco does with his time, Mickey investigates the case of a woman who comes in and tells them her husband killed a baby.

An 18-year-old girl agrees to allow the man who raped her,Lance Rivet, to go free after the mother of a rape victim convinces her that he has information that could nail her daughter's rapist and murderer, Rivet tells them that T.J. Larper killed her and another girl but evidence reveals that Lance committed one of the murders himself. Unfortunately, they can't touch him.

While I.A. investigates Ali for shooting at a man she thought was holding a gun (it was a remote control), Mickey and Nicco do stakeout duty together looking for Kirk Lennox and get on each other's nerves. Ali pairs up with Bill while reinvestigating the murder of Clara Pritchard, while Mickey comes under fire from Nicco, who wants her to lie and support Ali's original belief that the man was holding a gun. When Nicco learns that Mickey is sleeping with Bailey Gallanson, he berates her for refusing to lie for Ali yet being willing to sleep with Gallanson, who is not only married but has young children.

Nicco has a lot of trouble dealing with the case of a teenage girl who was murdered, remembering a girl in his past that went missing. When queried by Sam, he admits that this is his first kid case. Mickey and Ali investigate an American serial killer who claims to have murdered two girls in British Columbia, believing the man is just trying to escape the death penalty. Kyle Bradley identifies one girl as his sister after shown the teddy bear pendant found by her body.

While Ryan and Jack try to recover a pair of cursed snowshoes, Micki hears from one of Ryan's street contacts, a punk named Johnny. He's managed to track down a pool cue that bears a cursed. The player who owns it can't be beat, and there are the usual trail of impaled bodies. The pool player is hoping to make enough money to marry his fiancee. It turns out that he knows nothing about the curse, and it is his fiancee that is killing people so that he will eventually murder her. Eventually he finds out, and she kills him. The woman is locked up and Micki and Johnny recover the cue.

The crew watches Rev Bem's fairwell message, not sure whether or not to pursue him, or let him leave. Dylan says that they should respect Rev's decision to leave, but Harper snaps at Dylan and storms out. He is upset because Rev had promised to remove the Magog larvae from his gut. He writhes in pain, but when he tries to take his medication, it has no effect, as the larvae have grown immune to it, as Trance and Rev had warned him they would. Soon after, Harper enlists in Chief Technical Director Hohne's help, as well as the other Persieds. Harper plans to build a machine that will fold space to remove the eggs, but it's affecting time, as well.

Richie falls for a con man's ploy when he attempts to find out more about his parents, whom he has never known. The con uses Richie for a place to crash and anything else he can get out of him by pretending to be his father. MacLeod also relives his past in the memories of first becoming immortal and being cast out of his clan by his father.

An Immortal friend of MacLeod's is beheaded in his isolated mountain retreat where he had hoped - like MacLeod - to retire from the fight for a while. A brain-damaged, homeless veteran is charged with the grisly crime, and an attempt is made to link him to the killing of Slan Quince (the villain of episode one, 'The Gathering'), an Evil Immortal whom MacLeod himself had slain in combat. MacLeod must try and clear the innocent man and unravel the mystery of who killed his friend. Here again we get a glimpse of MacLeod's past, in flashbacks set during the American Civil War.

As Dylan, Rommie, Tyr and Harper flee from the Ogami, they encounter a ship sent from Earth to explore space over 3000 years ago. As the ship is a giant engine, it travels so fast that the crew never age. As the Maru has no slipstream engine, Dylan is faced with a decision that could change the future of the commonwealth. Can the Andromeda come to the rescue?

After receiving a message from an unknown planet 3 days in Slipstream away, the crew of the Andromeda take it upon themselves to save the people. The strange thing is that the message is a woman and it is going directly into Dylans head and no-one else can hear it. As they enter the ice moon of one of the planets, they come upon the Vault of the Heavens. A large palace made of ice. in discovering this the comm is cut and on Dylan's orders, Try destroys an energy cloud above the planet. After discovering that the aliens mean no harm, Dylan finds out that they need the cloud, or the entire species will die! Will they be able to return the cloud before the time runs out?

When the Andromeda is attacked by the Dragons to receive the bones of Drago Mussevni something seems array. Dylan then discovers that Tyr has united all of the Neitzian people under his son, the genetic reincarnation of Drago Mussevni. Will Tyr make the right decision and help the crew of the Andromeda or lead his new people into battle?

Dylan and an old friend try to prevent the maker of the Magog Worldship from deploying an army of androids.

Dylan is put on trial for high crimes against the Commonwealth.

One of Harper's experiments goes awry, and Dylan ends up in an alternate reality.

While the Andromeda is confronted by the Commonwealth fleet and Tri-Jema, Dylan must decide whether or not he can entrust the Route of Ages to them.

Dylan and Rhade receive a month-old distress signal from Beka. After following the coordinates she left, they find the Andromeda dead in space. On board, he finds Darregacorp engineers trying to salvage it, led by Jonah Derrega, and Beka Valentine.

With the help of the avatars of the nebula, the Andromeda goes through the Route of Ages, back to the Known Worlds, and the Commonwealth.

As the Nietzschean fleet approaches, the Andromeda prepares for the final battle.

One human is the only permanent occupant of a station located on a vast empty plain of the moon. His companions are an emotionless lizard-like alien species who have developed a highly advanced means of long distance travel by 'jumping' through space.

While visiting the courthouse to clear up Tessa's traffic tickets, MacLeod, Tessa, and Richie are among a group that is taken hostage by a band of men bent on freeing their leader, Slade, from imprisonment. When Slade's demands are not met, he chooses a hostage to sacrifice. MacLeod makes sure that hostage is himself, and returns from the dead to hunt down the gunmen one by one, as the police watch helplessly from outside.

A seemingly psychotic ""Collector"" simultaneously takes credit and blames Dylan for the fall of the Commonwealth. He also claims to be hosting (or holding captive?) the Triumvir Tri-Jema. The crew must decide whether to accompany Dylan on yet another odds-defying journey to save the Universe or to retire in relative safety.

A power-hungry citizen seeks to manipulate the Commonwealth for his own gain. Dylan receives an unsettling view of his future from a prophetic alien.

When a slipstream event is detected in the Seefra system, Dylan, Rhade, and Beka try to find it, and their way out. Meanwhile, a man claiming to be from the future approaches Doyle, addressing her as Andromeda.

Dylan and Rhade attempt to infiltrate a mining camp where crystals are extracted, which contain the power needed to restore the Andromeda and leave the Seefra system.

An old friend who Harper thought was dead returns to help the crew in a battle for Seefra-5.
