They trek to meet Bear, who delivers their first mission of the day. The group head off into the Karoo mountain range to locate a dead springbok. They need to retrieve the carcass, which has been placed high up in a tree, divide it into pieces, and each carry it in their rucksacks across a leopard crawl – two lines suspended 50ft above a rocky ravine. Anybody who fails to get across successfully, keeping hands and feet on the ropes, will have to sacrifice their meat.
