Sueharu's desire for revenge grows even stronger when Abe-senpai reveals why he started dating Shirokusa. He decides to use his class's play production at the upcoming cultural festival as a chance to get back at him, and asks Shirokusa to write the script...

Shinra revisits his childhood to share his memories with Sho, to try to forge a deeper connection. When one of their own is critically injured, the members of the 8th rally to the rescue, and turn to Captain Huang of the 6th for assistance.

Tamaki struggles to get Juggernaut back to the surface. Takigi and Hinawa find themselves at odds with each other, as well as with a new threat from the White-Clad. Shinra suddenly comes face to face against an old adversary.

Liz is a succubus who appears in one of Marin's favorite slice of life series, "SuccIDK." Marin had some interest in cosplaying Liz-kyun but didn't think she could pull it off until Wakana gave her a little push. With the cosplay ready, they head to a studio for a photoshoot, but the studio happened to be a rather unexpected location.

Shinra is approved to have a meeting with Company 4 Captain Hague, who may be able to provide information on the Evangelist and Adolla Bursts. However, once the meeting starts, nearly everyone involved begins behaving erratically.

Takauji Ashikaga, once considered the guardian of the Kamakura shogunate, stages a rebellion that led to its quick destruction. Tokiyuki’s older brother, Kunitoki, successfully evades the eyes of the warriors loyal to Takauji, and he is placed under the care of their uncle, Muneshige Godaiin.

Wakana felt relieved just for a moment after they got all of the materials they needed for Marin's cosplay, but then he's shocked to find out that he needs to finish the cosplay in two weeks. On top of that, his grandfather, Kaoru, hurts his back, so Wakana has to run the shop and he also has midterms. Wakana feels overwhelmed and gets depressed, wondering if he'll ever actually become a kashirashi at this point.

Summer vacation is coming to a close. Wakana received an SOS from Marin, who hadn't finished her homework, so he ended up helping her study at her house. They later realize that Marin had forgotten some math drills at school, so they go to get them. While alone at the school, Marin and Wakana make plans to go to a summer festival together. And when that day finally arrived...

While Company 8 searches for clues about the Evangelist, Hinawa recounts the tale of how the company originally came into existence. A lead prompts the crew to pay a visit to Company 7’s jurisdiction in Asakusa, and its captain, Benimaru.

Obi goes to see the chief with news of a fifth Adolla-Burst bearer. Schoolgirl Inca, who has the ability to sniff out fires before they start, becomes notorious as the Fireground Thief, extorting valuables from victims in exchange for rescuing them.

A widespread outbreak of fires stretches the members of Company 8 thin. Shinra tries to keep Charon and his men from taking Inca. With a shortage of ecclesiastical assistance, the crew members cannot put the Infernals to rest fast enough.

Shinra and Arthur continue their battle against Dr. Giovanni, who reveals some new information about Adolla Links. Licht discovers an imminent crisis threatening the Fire Soldiers in the Nether, as well as the Tokyo Empire at large.

The year is 1333, Kamakura. Tokiyuki Hojo, the rightful heir to the regent who rules the Kamakura shogunate, is a kind boy with a heart of gold who dislikes conflict – even though he’s the son of a warrior.

Tokiyuki risks his life and wins a game of tag, defeating the enemy who betrayed his brother. As soon as he arrives in Suwa, Yorishige urges him to begin his lessons and training to take back Kamakura.

Saki devises a plan to help Makoto and Ryuji make up. While the two are working on that, Saki also has an unexpected encounter.

Makoto tells Saki and Ryuji of the he's set after the trip is over. In parallel, another person also gathers their courage and asks Makoto to "Please come with me for the free roaming time"...

Juju's photographer and younger sister, Shinju Inui, meets Wakana and Marin for the first time. They're shocked at how opposite her appearance is to Sajuna, but they quickly become closer when they excitedly talk about cameras. Later on, Sajuna suggests that they check out the abandoned hospital that they'll be using for their group cosplay but...

Arthur Boyle, the self-professed “Knight King,” arrives at Company 8, and immediately, there are tensions between him and Shinra. With the Rookie Games coming up, Hinawa wants to see what the two new recruits are really capable of.

Wakana helps Marin make a bunny girl outfit so she can cosplay as one of her favorite characters.
