A fire alarm goes off at the Kolinski Altona. Jonas' mother comes to visit, Titus is surprised by Lisa and Thorsten has a big problem.

Sabine wants to see the pictures from the surveillance cameras. But the cameras still have to be installed. Thorsten is overstressed. In addition, Peter becomes a father and Jonas falls in love.

Because of the bad employee evaluations, Sabine has sent a trainer for non-violent communication to the supermarket. Many tears flow during the course and Thorsten throws fruit around.
