To curb his addiction, Carly brings Sasha Striker, the top Pak-Rat player in the world, to compete against Spencer to defend her title as the world champion of Pak-Rat. Meanwhile, Freddie experiences a streak of "bad luck" after deleting and not forwarding a chain email, passing it off as a superstition.

Freddie feels the wrath of Gibby when he is caught getting too close to Gibby's girlfriend. Elsewhere, reports of Spencer's death are greatly exaggerated, but thanks to this newspaper error, Spencer sees a spike in sales of his artwork.
