Aboard Module 77 of the JIOR Sphere 01, Haruto Tokishima loses an eating contest to Shōko Sashinami for use of their school grounds while unbeknownst to them, five undercover Dorssian Agents infiltrate Sakimori High School. Sometime later as the agents scout the school for a destination, one of them has a brief altercation with Haruto over their differing worldviews. Afterwards, the Dorssian Agents infiltrate and kill the scientists in a covert lab under the school although a wounded scientist ejects their primary target, a giant mecha called Valvrave 01 to the school's surface.

Tsukuyo falls into the hands of Jiraia, her former master, and is held captive. Meanwhile Gintoki manages to survive the attack thanks to Zenzo, and he learns about Jiraia’s past. During the Amanto attack twenty years ago, Jiraia is said to have killed his own people within the Oniwabanshu, all for the sake of his devotion to the previous shogun. In the end Jiraia himself was the one to be terminated, but he managed to escape. Now his devotion is directed toward his own creation, Tsukuyo. Jiraia’s motive is to eliminate the bond that she has come to rely upon. And he intends to achieve that goal by setting fire to Yoshiwara and burning down everything!

The episode begins with a short sequence about Kamui transferring into Yato High School and is told from Abuto's point of view. While the Shinsengumi are out on a mission, Hijikata notices snot coming out of Kondo's nose so he wonders how he could tell him without the others noticing Kondos problem. In the end the snot even takes control over Kondo's body and it comes out that Kondo's true identity is being an Amanto in snot form. As Hijikata destroys it, he realizes it has been all a dream.

Harry and his men return from their mission only to find Joris dead. Later, Mad Dog responds to his brother's pathetic cowardice by going on a killing spree.

Before making his play for control of Millennion, Harry covers his bloody tracks by painting Brandon as an embezzler. Back at the lab, Dr. Tokioka breathes new life into a slain gunslinger.

Dr. Tokioka risks his life to gather top secret information on the enemy's weaknesses, and Lee goes on a murderous rampage to avenge the death of his friend.

Yoshii explains the politics behind Lux: At one time it was ruled by the Elder of Gabe, but in recent times the power has switched to Organ because of their military strength and efficient organization. He says that the people of Lux have lost their 'natural healing process' in their bodies. He also says that the Class built their own world to live in isolation from the people of Lux. Doc explains all about the Texhnolyze process. Basically, is connects to the body's nervous system and transmits its own 'neural information' to the brain (hence why people with Texhnolyze have crazy vision). She also explains that the reason it all works is because of Lafia, which is mined in the Mine. Lafia basically relaxes the body's instinct to reject organs that are alien to the body and allows Texhnolyze to sync with the body.
