In the third season finale, Allison's life, along with the lives of her family, is uprooted as her psychic abilities are revealed to the public. Allison must now find a way to catch the "recapitator" serial killer on her own, as she can no longer turn to Devalos or Scanlon for help.

Allison dreams of the life she could have had if she'd become the attorney she originally wanted to be.

Theo takes Michael with him to a meeting out in the park. He has to leave Michael there when he contact tells him that the POTUS wants to see him. Michael decides that he shall take this moment of freedom to send his wife some flowers for Valentines Day. Having no money he has to the bank and turns up just before the place is robbed. All the customers and staff are locked in the bank vault while the robbers escape. When one of the customers collapses and needs to get to hospital Michael makes a quick decision and uses his strength to open the vault. Unfortunately for him he is caught on camera doing so, something that does not please Theo at all.

Lisa learns some unsettling facts about her husband's death and Dr. Theo Morris, Michael tries to decide what to do while he has no tracking device implanted in him and The Eggman and his fellow inmate, Charlie, plan an escape from their prison.

Allisons helps the District Attorney trying to find a missing brother of a close friend. She becomes paranoid about antiterrorist agents from the government. Joe gets uneasy when he suspects that Bridget might be communicating with a dead author.

Allison is asked to help find a missing daughter and her visions seem to incriminate her father, but Allison believes this is wrong after a chat with the woman's mother. Meanwhile, Joe is suffering from sleep deprivation, while Scanlon and Lynn's relationship is severely tested.

Evidence shows that a pilot is indeed guilty of his wife's murder. However, in Allison’s dream, when the pilot is put in jail, there is a plane crash where hundreds of people are killed. Should Allison put forth the evidence to land this guilty man in jail, or let him go free in order to save hundreds of innocent lives?
