Mulder and Scully receive information from Deep Throat about a UFO that was shot down over Iraq and has been secretly transported to the US. However, Deep Throat then intentionally misleads the agents to prevent them from discovering the truth.

In 1990 Agent Fox Mulder visits an aging FBI Agent named Arthur Dales. He listens to a story of the agents assigned to a would-be X-File in the Cold War era of the 1950's and how Mulder's father was connected to a series of strange deaths.

In this series premiere, the railroad has hired men to force the farmers and ranchers of Stockton off their land. The Barkleys join with the rest of the valley to help fight them off. While at home an angry young man, Heath, shows up claimimg to be the deceased Tom Barkleys' illegitimate son.

False Face traps Batman and Robin, and binding them to a subway track just minutes before a train is scheduled to come by.

Alfred contacts Batman by radio from the Batcave. Batman instructs the butler to short circuit a communications device the hero has on his wrist. This enable Batman to get free of his bonds. He and Robin get free just before they would be run over by a subway train. The Dynamic Duo resume their pursuit of False Face, which ends up at an old movie studio.

Mulder and Scully are contacted by a communications specialist from NASA who shows them evidence of sabotage in the space programme.

Trace, not knowing everyone is an android, falls in love with a young girl android named Nova. Nova must help the Sterlings escape into the Forbidden Zone before the Zone Troopers capture them. She also must decide whether to escape with the Sterlings, leaving her family behind, or let the one she loves go on without her.
