As a colossal spaceship floats in the skies above City A, a member of its monstrous crew battles on the ground against a group of S Class heroes. Despite their powers, they can’t seem to finish it off. Meanwhile, Saitama has boarded the enemy ship on his own.

Bojji, a prince in a world where kings are ranked by their deeds and skills, is considered unfit to be the next king due to his disabilities. He runs into Kage, a shadow being with whom he can converse, but who also takes advantage of Bojji's kindness.

Meanwhile, rumors of a coup had reached even the Dowan royal family. Jean arrives in Furawau District to conduct his final audit this round, where he receives the red carpet treatment from the Lilium family. Furawau residents are full of cheer, and their land is plentiful with blooming flowers, but Jean cannot avoid sensing invisible forces at work under the surface.
