Now that she's a teenager, Angelica asks her mother to get rid of all her old baby toys, but she forgets to tell her that her beloved Cynthia doll is an exception. She then races to save her doll from the hands of a greedy toy collector.

Dil is convinced that aliens are coming. Meanwhile, Angelica tries to be a nicer person to get Sean's attention.

Kimi befriends ""Z"", and punk kid, and starts to act differently, and even dies her hair pink. Meanwhile, Angelica goes on an online chatline to find advice for herself. Tommy and Chuckie follow Kimi and ""Z"" into an alley way, and have a feeling that they are going to steal something.

A talent scout feels that Susie has what it takes to be a singer. Her parents, however, object to her concert because they are worried that it will affect her grades. She then decides to fund the venture herself, by asking her older sister for the money.

Tommy's girlfriend, Rachel is moving away, and he's cool with it, but is not sure why. However, his friends think otherwise, believing him to be in denial. Tommy tries going about his life as normal, but everyone keeps trying to show him compassion, annoying him greatly. Tommy is advised by Dil to go along with the plan so his friends will leave him alone. However, when Tommy hooks up with another girl, the gang unexpectedly have Rachel show up to surprise Tommy. Seeing him with another girl so soon is too much for her to bear, so she walks away again, leaving Tommy to cry for real this time. Chuckie then shows up at Tommy's house to comfort him.

When various lawn decorations, such as gnomes, lawn orniments, ect... begin disappearing from the neighborhood everyone suspects Dil as the theif. But when Dil catches Tommy redhanded he decides to take the blame anyway. Which means being grounded and not being able to visit the museum. It is later revealed that Tommy is the thief, only he never knew it, because he was sleepwalking. Meanwhile, Angelica has to mentor a bratty little girl, who is basically a smaller version of herself.

Tommy, Chuckie, Kimi, Phil and Lil are trying to raise money to see their favorite band live in concert, ""The Sulky Boys"" But are not even close to having enough money to buy tickets. Until they talk Dil into selling his latest invention the ""belt-quarium, which he made for his new fish Pablo. The belts prove to be a huge success, despite Angelica completly ripping off the idea. But when the fad quiets down, Tommy asks and without realizing it, forces Dil to come up with a newer invention. But when each hot item suddenly becomes lame by each day, Dil is pressured to please his brother and friends with new and more origianl creations.

The kids try to get a date to the Valentines Day school dance with their crushes.

Chuckie tries to get one of the most popular girls in school, Nicole, to notice him by creating another version of himself named ""Chongo"". Nicole is instantly notices ""Chongo"" not knowing it's really Chuckie. While Phil and especiallly Tommy are less than thrilled with Chuckie's charade. Chuckie soon discovers that Nicole actually likes him as Chuckie, but is afraid to admit to her that he's been pretending to be ""Chongo"". Meanwhile, Angelica takes on the school cook by reporting in the school paper that his food is weird.

The kids take an aptitude test to get a clue as to what they want to be when they grow up, but they are not happy at all about the results.

An older girl, Francine, picks on Tommy. Angelica is loving every minute of it! Does Francine like Tommy, or is she just a pest?

Susie is forced to choose between singing success in a TV talent show and leading her language team to victory in the language bowl which is held on the same day.

Stu becomes a little too helpful when he helps Tommy with his science fair project.

As the holiday season approaches, Chuckie is dreading another forgettable Christmas. In order to liven things up, he mistakenly steals a great tree (to replace the lame one Chas has picked out). When he discovers that the whole community is after the thief, he hatches a plan to rectify the situation. Meanwhile, Kira and Kimi are having their own battles with various airline employees in their quest to make it home in time for Christmas, and Tommy and Dil strive to write a memorable Chanukah song.

Angelica tries to help Chuckie become more popular as a school project, but it backfires when he takes his advice, and he becomes more popular than her.

On a trip to a mountain resort, Tommy develops his first crush on a girl named Olivia, another guest at the lodge. Chuckie becomes a third wheel, and feels alienated when Tommy prefers spending time with Olivia instead of helping him overcome his fear of heights. Tommy has his very first kiss with Olivia. Meanwhile Angelica tries to impress a guy who works as a hiking leader at the resort.

The whole school has caught Yu-Gotta-Go fever, a role playing card game, except Chuckie. When he finally starts playing, it becomes an obsession, and he's hired by Angelica to do her chores in exchange for more cards. He becomes one of the school's elite players, but in the pursuit of an elusive card, he nearly parts with the valuable stamp collection that Chas has passed down to him. It's up to his friends to keep him from getting in over his head.

After Stu sells an invention, he tells the kids that he's splurging on a built-in swimming pool. While digging up the yard, the construction crew unearths the Rats' old mechanical Reptar toy. The kids fondly remember it, but decide to throw it away, until, during an electrical storm, they become convinced that they've angered Reptar. They ultimately decide to rescue the toy, and realize that, although they're growing up, they can't forget their past.

When theres a talent show on and they've got places for singing, Angelica signs up, but Tommy tells Angelica to let Susie know. When Angelica calls, its on the answering machine, but it breaks. Angelica then pretends she's reminding her in front of Tommy, which when Susie comes back to school, eventually believes in Angelica. Meanwhile, Chuckie, Lil and Phil help Ms O'Keats with her part of the talent show, even though its a bit lame and they have to wear weird costumes and do other weird movements. Dil lets them know about Karma and tells them about that afternoon (Phil, Lil and Chuckie pulled a prank in assembly) and if they do something bad, something bad will happen to them, as in them being humiliated in front of the whole school. The next morning, Angelica's face breaks out with zits and comes to Dil's advice. Dil tells her to do good deeds but it just gets worse. It's soccer season and as per usual, Phil has soccer-on-the-brain. But when Lil casually joins the team, she surprises everyone, including herself, by instantly becoming a super star. At first Phil is excited about having another soccer-head in the family, but when Lil outshines him, he starts to resent her. When Lil finally realizes how upset Phil is, she has to decide whether to walk away from something she loves or continue to play and risk pushing away her only brother.

Tommy and the gang decide to put together a boxcar to compete in the upcoming derby. Can they make it to the finals, or will Angelica spoil their plans by entering her own car in the race?
