When Lauri from NYC's Cake Alchemy receives an order for a terra cotta wedding cake, she's delighted at the chance to create something different than the traditional plain white cake for which so many brides opt. At the last minute the bride changes the design, ordering butter cream flowers instead of sugar flowers.
