The models arrived at Wisma Atria and were immediately given their first challenge, in which they had to walk in a fashion show in front of a live audience wearing couture dresses, with the challenge winner winning a $5,000 shopping spree at Wisma Atria. Later, they were taken to Little India and had a photo shoot where they had to pose as quirky girls.

The models were modeled in a VIP private fashion show for designer Thomas Wee at the L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon at Resorts World Sentosa, with the challenge winner winning a demi-couture outfit from Thomas Wee and a dinner treatment at the L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon along with two friends. Later, they were taken to Tanjong Pagar railway station and had to pose while modeling designs from the Fall/Winter 2012 Prada collection in groups. After the photo shoot, a model decided to quit the competition due to her father's illness.

The models were taken to Salon Le Point for their makeovers. Later, they took part in Hong San See and had to embody each one of the twelve animals of the Chinese zodiac.

The models took part in a challenge, in which they were instructed to model with everyday objects, with the challenge winner winning a dinner treatment along with the mentors. Later, they pose as boxer athletes with male model Jason Godfrey.

The models had a challenge, in which they were split into groups of 3 and assigned to style themselves in different categories. Later, they traveled to Batam and had to pose as a French Riviera woman.

The models took part in a hair tutorial and were asked to write their own scripts and later film a commercial for TRESemmé. Later, they had a beauty shoot for TRESemmé.

The models were given a tutorial on runway makeup, and for their challenge, they had to recreate the look created in the makeup tutorial, with the challenge winner winning a pampering spa treatment at Resorts World Sentosa. Later, they shot a campaign for the World Wide Fund for Nature.

The models were instructed on a mini-challenge on etiquette. The main challenge was a red carpet event for the fashion label Farah Khan, with the challenge winner winning a dinner treatment with her. Later, they modeled a dress with a long train at Universal Studios Singapore.

The models shot a TV commercial for Playboy fragrances alongside a male model, with the challenge winner winning a Playboy hamper, an exclusive perfume with Swarovski elements, an unaired day trip to Universal Studios Singapore, and an extra 15 minutes on the next photo shoot session. Later, they embody mermaids in an underwater photo shoot while wearing designs from Michael Cinco.

The remaining models filmed a motion editorial for Subaru's sports utility vehicle Subaru XV, with the challenge winner winning a Subaru package and a $1,000 shopping spree at Tyan Boutique at the ION Orchard. Later, the models had to portray extreme emotions in a black-and-white photo shoot.

This episode showed previously unseen footage and recapped the first ten weeks of the competition.

The remaining models traveled overseas to Hong Kong, where they attended go-sees for the week's challenge, with the challenge winner winning a two-night stay at Hotel Mira. Later, they portrayed 1920s-inspired modern Chinese screen goddesses in the streets of Hong Kong.

The remaining models filmed a commercial for Canon IXUS and a cover shoot for Harper's Bazaar Singapore. They later walked in a fashion show together with previously eliminated contestants. At the panel, the judging panelists were joined by America's Next Top Model presenter Tyra Banks and other guest judges for the final deliberation.

The models arrived at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and were immediately set to a runway challenge over a narrow strip of glass submerged in a pool. They later arrived on set, and Nadya and the judges determined the contestants' runway walk at the challenge and she decided to eliminate a contestant before the photo shoot session started. Later, the models shot the series' opening sequence and promotional stills.

The models were introduced to fashion blogger Bip Ling for a lesson on social media and had a challenge in groups that involved touring the city and taking selfies, with the challenge winner winning a two-night stay at Pangkor Laut Resort. Later, they were taken to Batu Caves for an oriental photo shoot where they had to pose wearing traditional designs.

The models took an advertising challenge on top of the Kuala Lumpur Tower as part of the Visit Malaysia 2014 campaign. Later, they were taken to an ice skating gymnasium, for a chilly lingerie photo shoot.

The models did not participate in a challenge but they received their makeovers and visits from their loved ones. Later, the models had a mod-themed photo shoot at a hair salon wearing Silas Liew's neon collection. They then met the judges for their first-ever outdoor judging panel at the MBPJ Stadium.

The models had a military fitness challenge in groups, with the challenge winner winning a pampering spa treatment at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Later, they arrived at Studio Image Room and participated in a futuristic sports-themed photo shoot.

The models had a cocktail party as part of their challenge where they had to be sociable and glamorous to the guests, with the challenge winner winning an extra 15 frames for the next photo shoot session. Later, they were posing at the Subaru XV Assembly Line Factory wearing couture dresses.

The models had a challenge where they needed to create the day and night look on two different occasions. Later, they pose for TRESemmé while overlooking the Kuala Lumpur Tower.

The models went to Penang, where they did their next challenge to make a campaign for the World Wide Fund for Nature, with jewelry and millipedes, with the challenge winner winning a lunch treatment with Jimmy Choo. Later, the models went to Pangkor Island for an editorial swimwear photo shoot.

The models went to the jungle of Sarawak, Borneo, and had a camping challenge and had a one-night camping stay overnight. Later, they pose as jungle warriors in the Borneo Jungle while wearing native designs.

The models travel around the Malaysian Borneo peninsula and are sent to Gaya Island, near Kota Kinabalu wearing Alex Perry's designs.

The episode was originally canceled due to the issue of the lost Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 which crashed in the South Indian Ocean (and subsequently Flight 17 which also crashed in Ukraine). The show released a recap of what had happened during the episode on their official YouTube channel. The episode was eventually broadcast about one month after the cycle finale, on a cycle re-run in Indonesia. The remaining models were greeted by Asia's Next Top Model (Cycle 1) alumni Helena Chan and some other guests for a runway workshop. Later, The models participate in a photo shoot for Malaysian Airlines.
