    Starting in Bocas del Toro, they make a stop-off at The Lost & Found hostel before heading to Portobelo to catch their boat. For the next 5 days they sail through the Caribbean paradise of the San Blas Islands. Arriving in Colombia they gather up a group of friends to do the 5 day trek to Ciudad Perdida (The Lost City) in the jungles of Sierra Nevada.

Fans of the film 'Up' will recognise this mountain as it was the inspiration for 'Paradise Falls'.
