Overwhelmed shop owner, Wendy calls in the help of old friend, Mike Diamond. In his first act as shop manager, an abrupt staffing decision sends shock waves through the store.

Mike brings in a new apprentice and Shaun is not happy about it. Feeling like his store is being taken away, he decides that he's not going to make things easy for Mike or his new apprentice.

Mike calls in superstar, Megan Massacre to join the team. The crew is thrilled but Shaun continues to make life difficult. Tensions are eased by a visit from rock legends Steel Panther.

Ellie and Giorgia lean on each other after a tough week. Moses learns a lesson after a work out with World Champion, Steve McKinnon, and Megan shows signs of being overworked and burnt out.

Wendy makes a decision without including Mike and he’s dealt another blow at the hands of Megan. Ellie and Giorgia make a big move and Wendy sends Shaun off for tattoo boot camp.

Mike is furious when he finds out that Wendy is making more changes without him. Shaun discovers that tough love is just what he needed and Jimi thinks about making a change.

A surprise visit lifts Teneile’s spirits and a guest spot by tattoo superstar, Lauren Winzer, injects some much-needed energy into the business. Van tattoos himself for the first time and the team are shocked by the results.

Jimi holds an art exhibition that gains some exciting but unsettling attention. Ellie is back to work on a collaboration with Jimi and Teneile also collaborates with internationally renowned guest artist, Karlee Sabrina. Van gets the call he’s been waiting for all summer.

The pressure is on when Van is given his first ever client under unusual circumstances. A visit from American rockers, Steel Panther, is a welcome distraction while Megan and JT wait to see if they’ve done enough to save the business.
