In this episode, host Noah Cappe travels to Edmonton, Alberta for K Days. He starts the day off right with a Canadian specialty turned into brunch: Breakfast Poutine. The Illinois State Fair is one of the longest running fairs in the U.S. and luckily for host Noah Cappe, he's able to sample a taste of Illinois history with the Horseshoe Sandwich: a deep fried pork tenderloin topped with French fries and creamy cheese sauce. Then he puts together an over-the-top deep fried peanut butter sandwich, topped with homemade fluff. Next, Noah travels to New York for the Erie County Fair where he chows down on some local Buffalo favourites like Buffalo Chicken Wing Pizza, Beef on Weck Eggrolls and the Bacon Bomber.

Host Noah Cappe gets a lesson in the meat that makes Texas famous, sampling the Texas Chili Burger and the Big Texas Barbecue Baked Potato. Then he tries a local legend's tamale recipe before rounding off the day with Strawberry Waffle Bombs. Next, he arrives at Lemonade Days in Dunwoody, Georgia to discover a new breakfast concept called Rise & Shine Pizza. Young squire Noah Cappe tries his hand at making the King's Court Conch Fritters, decadent Deep Fried Peanut Butter and Jelly Brownie Bites, a picquant Fried Green Tomato BLT and the Cookies and Cream Sandwich. Biding adieu to his new friends, Noah heads west to Mercedes, Texas where the rough and ready cowboys and girls at the Livestock Show rustle up some western grub like Deep Fried Cheesesteak, Outlaw Fries and the enormous Suicide Taco that's so huge you need two plates and four hands to hold it.

Host Noah Cappe is off to the races in Louisville Kentucky at the Kentucky Derby Festival. First he chows down on a custom made pizza - the Kentucky Hot Brown. Then it's time to get a little bit country with Ozark Style Loaded Fries, piled high with pork, baked beans and cheddar cheese. In the tiny town of Chowchilla, CA Noah Cappe discovers some carnival eats that deserve to be shared with the world. First up, it's the Deep Pit Barbeque, a meat extravaganza that takes three days to prepare. Noah also enjoys a Funnel Cake Cheeseburger and the Baja Avocado Taco. Across the country in New Jersey, the St. Michael's Italian Festival celebrates the cultural and culinary history of Italian-Americans with Zeppole, a cheesecake known as Cake 'n Bacon and a bad boy of a sandwich: The Hoboken Fat Boy.

The Brandywine Strawberry Festival in Pennsylvania is home to "The Colossal" a crab cake/roast beef combo that has host Noah Cappe going wild. The hills are alive with the sound of satisfied stomachs at the Burlington, Ontario, Canada, Sound of Music Festival, where Noah Cappe gives a rave review to a hit parade of new releases: The Rockin' Roti hits all the right notes, while the OMG Bar has Noah singing the blues after he eats the whole thing. Then Noah takes the show on the road and arrives at the Red River Valley Fair in North Dakota, where he gets up close and personal with local favorites Minneapple Pie and Jalapeno Wontons.

Noah Cappe kicks things off in Polk County, Minnesota where he goes local with the North Woods Sandwich and Barbe-chos, and feels right at home at the Red River Valley Fair with the Redneck Taco.

Noah Cappe begins his journey at the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto, Canada, where the Blue Balsamic has Noah saying "yes, cheese" while The Mean Green is pretty nice! He tries on The Great Canadian Rosti, and tops it all off with the Massive Marshmallow Crunch. Later, he makes his way down to the State Fair of Louisiana, where the specialties include Lupita's Gorditas and The Five Pounder burger. At the spectacular Magical Winter Lights in Houston, two very bright vendors turn Noah Cappe on to fusion favorites The Torthai and The Koagie Dog. Then Noah tries his hand at making a Deep Fried Root Beer Float and torches a Berry Brulee Waffle. Next, he snacks to the future at Dickens on the Strand in Galveston, Texas, donning some Victorian finery for a trip back to Dickensian England. On the menu are Fagin's Fried Shrimp, Scotch Eggs and Deep Fried Baklava.

The South Florida Fair in West Palm Beach is one of the first events of the calendar year, and our vendors start the season off right with whacky takes on some fairground classics, with The Waffle Burger and the Donut Philly Cheesesteak. 'Zanado Fries and a S'mores Cobbler round off the day. Then Noah Cappe heads west to the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo in Denver, where he gets down with The F Bomb. The Uber-Tater is the ultimate in comfort food, while the Icy Apple Dream sends Noah home on a cloud.

Burgers and Bombs

Noah Cappe is sampling the craziest and most delicious funnel cakes from across the country. There's a spin on this classic treat to appeal to everyone: A farm-fresh Funnel Cake Sundae in Ohio, a maple syrup-drenched Funnel Fried Bacon in Georgia, funnel cakes featuring pumpkin in Kentucky, apples in Pennsylvania, and nacho cheese and jalapenos in California.

Noah Cappe joins the crowds of the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo in Texas to experience the meaty Cowboy Burrito and the Texan Juicy Lucy. Then it's a big and bodacious take on the burrito, and Wake 'n' Cake, combining breakfast cereal with the classic funnel cake. At the Florida State Fair in Tampa, The Bacon Burger Bomb gets Noah's heart pumping, then there's a Funnel Cake Pizza to sample along with the Chocoberry Orie, a triple decker sweet.

Noah Cappe takes a bite out of the Great New York State Fair where The Defibrillator gets his heart pumping. Then he tries on two local favorites -- the piquant Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese and the Crispy Clamwich. For dessert, he wolfs down PB&J Ice Cream. Then it's off to Columbia for the South Carolina State Fair, where the floods don't stop Noah from sinking his teeth into The Super Stick and a Monster Meatball Sub, before The King's Corn Dog gets Noah all shook up.

The Norfolk County Fair in Ontario, Canada, is a culinary carnival. Noah Cappe appreciates the Thanksgiving Bowl, Butter Bacon Poutine, the Cheeseburger Eggroll, and downs it all with Ale and Apple Fritters. In South Carolina, he visits the Columbia Country Fair, where he takes a bite out of Gator Nuggets with Swamp Sauce, squeals with delight over the Hog on a Log and gets dinner and dessert together in the heavenly Angel and Devil Dogs.

Noah Cappe's first stop is at the North Florida Fair in Tallahassee, where he feels the burn with Dead Heat Tacos. He then takes on the Bacon Blast, the two and a half-foot Belly Buster Philly Cheesesteak and Reverend Larry's Oxtail. Then, at the Gwinnett County Fair in Georgia, meat is on the menu for every course as Noah chows down on a Sunday Dinner Sundae and the Funnel Fried Bacon for dessert.

The York Fair in Pennsylvania has been drawing crowds since 1765, and has had 250 years to perfect its carnival eats! Host Noah Cappe decks the halls with a Taste of Christmas, goes off on the Burger Bomb Pretzel, enjoys a Fork Free Chick'n'Waffle and the patriotic Apple Pie Funnel Cake earns a very big salute. Then, Noah heads to upstate New York to the Steuben County Fair where he attains sandwich nirvana with the Steuben Cuban, feels the burn with Five Alarm Fried Fudge and finds the pot of gold at the end of the Rainbow Sugar Waffle.

Noah Cappe hits the Big Butler Fair in Prospect, Pa., where he tears into the Conevore, filled to the brim with smoked brisket, pork and chicken. Then, Noah feels the fire with the Ragin' Cajun Hoagie before sampling a Fried Fruit Tart and Big Banana Pop. The folks at the San Mateo County Fair in California have a grand slam with the World Series Burger, then Noah gets wrapped up in a Chile Relleno Burrito and celebrates with Birthday Cake Popcorn Balls.

Noah Cappe's first stop is the Wayne County Fair in Richmond, Ind., where he takes a stroll with the Walking BBQ, feels the groove of the King with a Bacon PB&J Quesadilla, goes healthy-ish with a Deep Fried Salad, and chills out with an all-American ice cream sundae called the Burst of Freedom. Then, at the Lane County Fair in Eugene, Ore., Noah gets some golden gate goods with the Frisco Sandwich before feeling the heat of Jalapeno Popper Onion Rings and finishing off his day with some delectable Deep-Fried Coffee.

When Harry Met Salad

Noah Cappe cruises up the west coast, starting at the Columbia County Fair in St. Helens, Ore. First up is a traditional Indian fry bread stuffed with some non-traditional ingredients, then Noah dives into the coastal fusion of the Great Pacific Pita before he gets his paws on the Deep Fried Chili Dog. Finally, Noah erupts with happiness when he eats the Marionberry Volcano. Later, Noah visits the El Dorado County Fair in Placerville, Calif. where he's excited to meet the Rib Pop, taste new heights with Maui Wowies and chow down on the Banana S'more Crepe Cones!

Noah visits the Delaware State Fair and tries the Delaware Dog, The Funnel Cake-filled Frankenfunnel Burger & the octopus-loaded Octotaco, along with the Killer Cereal Treat - Noah's second stop is the Obion County Fair in Union City, Tenn.

Meat, Pray, Love

Noah Cappe heads to Charlotte, Mich. for the Eaton County Fair, where he takes a swing at the PB Battered Burger, then goes coco-nutty for the Pina Colada Shrimp Tacos. The eating's also good in Eaton when he digs into fried zucchini Z'achos and a Super Fried Strawberry Shortcake. Later on, Noah heads to the Montgomery County Fair in Gaithersburg, Md. where he tastes some Pigs in a Pancake, gets a little corny with Columbian Street Corn and finds a partner with the Matcha Made in Heaven.

Zacho Libre

At the Wilson County Fair, nestled in Lebanon, Tenn., Noah Cappe bites into some classic Tennessee Hot Chicken, tastes authentic home cooking with Meme's Meatloaf Sammy, and samples a pair of sinfully sweet fusion treats: the Apple Pie Cheesecake and the Cotton Candy Cupcake. At the Pickaway County Fair in Circleville, Ohio, Noah huffs and puffs his way through the Three Little Pigs Melt, goes long with the Buffalo Chicken Stromboli and gets hog-wild for the Big PLT.

Jurassic Pork

Noah Cappe takes the west coast by storm, starting with the Pacific National Exhibition in Vancouver. He gorges on the Big Pickle Dog, then stands at attention for the Colonel Katsu Bao, an Asian-inspired chicken taco. For dessert, Noah chills out with the Deep Fried Margarita and snacks on the Churroreo. Noah's second west coast stop is at the LA County Fair in Pomona, Calif., where he dips into some Deep Fried Guacamole, porks out on the Bacon Wrapped Pork Belly and finally, bites into The Noah, a spicy-sweet dessert made just for him.

At the Prince William County Fair in Manassas, Va., Noah Cappe eats big with the Monumental Grilled Cheese and has his interested peaked by the crab dip-topped Chesapeake Bay Poutine. While there, he also indulges in some Big Daddy's BBQ Rolls and Peach Blossom Dumplings. Then, at the Western Fair in London, Ontario, he dives into a Poutine Dog, the Bacaroni Bowl and Cherry Cheesecake Tempura.
