Tiffany joins Kelly in San Diego to study the Barrows family history, while Kris follows up on Bill Cord's investigation. In the course of their collaboration, Bill and Kris fall in love!

One of Woodman's clients, businessman Edward Jordan, also frequents the photography studio where Jody was killed. Kris is hired as a model, and quickly learns that Jordan has more on his mind than photography.
