Lil' D's heart is broken and his faith is shaken when his musical idol, Sunny Bridges, and his music teacher both go missing on the same day. Joined by his music fellow student music prodigies, Lil' D decides to have a benefit concert to raise money for a new music teacher, but is unable to sell tickets. Lil' D runs into Sunny, who has quit the music business and returned to Atlanta to lay low.

Lil'D and his incredulous classmates set out to convince Sunny to play at their benefit concert. Sunny rejects this proposition, but when he hears the kids play, he realizes that though he may want out of the music business, he doesn't want out of the music. He helps the kids with their concert and then agrees to become their music teacher.

Peanuts! Get Yer Peanuts!

Sunny's first lesson teaches the kids to be musically and artistically free. When Principal Luna gives Sunny an overwhelming number of teacherly duties, including being responsible for the annual Peanut Pageant, Sunny instructs his students to use their newfound "artistic freedom" to do a production that's so free that it's a free-for-all.

Funky Monkey

Intent on getting into the upperclass performance of "The Kong and I", Lil' D meets and befriends another drum prodigy- who happens to be a four hundred pound gorilla. The gorilla breaks out of the zoo to be with Lil' D, who soon finds that he is welcome in the play only if he can convince his reluctant ape friend to perform the title role.

The Hunt for Red Blobtober

The Westley kids stumble upon Sunny's old school yearbook and mistake his years in a funk band for a tour of duty as a pirate. They find a treasure map that leads to a cave where they awaken and unleash a toxic Sloppy Joe blob. Sunny himself has a connection to the blob and he and the kids must work together to save the day.

Eddie's Money

Eddie has an amazingly exorbitant birthday party, the value of which Sunny feels Eddie's not appreciating. Sunny gives him a magical compass which will lead him to his 'real' birthday gift and Lil' D convinced Eddie to embark on a trip through Atlanta to find it. Along the way, Eddie learns a life lesson that is as good as any gift Sunny could bring him.

The Devil and Lil'D

Lil' D seeks out his own music career, but things go wrong when he meets big D (who, claims the D stands for "Dereick" but is implied to stand for "Devil") whom tricks him into selling his soul away to him.

Brotha From the Third Rock

Philly Phil's efforts to convince the kids that alien life exists send him on a mission into space. Returning almost immediately to Earth, he is captured and taken to Roswell, Georgia where he is mistaken by the government for an alien. Sunny and the kids take it upon themselves to sane Philly Phil from his captors.

Westley Side Story

Kim and Kam have to face their sibling rivalry, while Sunny encounters his rival from Eastley, who has his own class who are basically evil twins of Sunny's.

Love Is in the Hair...Net

Principal Luna falls in love with the school lunch lady. Meanwhile, Madison believes Sunny to be in love with her (lunch lady), and sets them up.

Am I Blue?

Preparing for a nerve-wracking all-school performance, Philly Phil's latest invention goes haywire and turns the kids blue. After they perform well and become big hits, they attribute their stardom to their blue color and not their talent. Avoiding practice in favor of being 'stars', trouble sets in when the color fades and Philly Phil's machine breaks down after the Westley kids have learned their lesson.

Prank Yankers

Sunny encounters a mad scientist named Dr. Nefario who tries to destroy him, while he also sets up a concert dedicated to his old mentor, who he believes has no faith in him, after their original Student-Teacher relation.

Mini Mentors

Kim replaces all the "boring" teachers excluding Sunny into celebrities. All starts great until the celebrities act boring and Sunny quits.

Too Cool For School

The students are to do Sunny's chores while he relaxes at a teachers' relaxation event, in return they get to use his music studio. However, Sunny's house is out of the ordinary and doing the chores is harder than expected.

Nothin' to Do It But to Do It

Philly Phil quits studying at Westley and joins a science school after being mistreated by his classmates. Meanwhile, Principal Luna tries to outshine Sunny.

Free Philly

"The Beast," an eighth grader who is the stuff of the legends, causes a stir when he charms Tamika and is suspected of vandalizing the school.

Eddie is to star in a Rapunzel play with Tamika, but after the Westley auditorim collapses his parents are concerned with his safety and make major changes to the script.

Safety Last

When Li'l D is forbidden to go on a field trip for a failing an exam, he and Sunny become study buddies.

Study Buddies

Sunny catches a cold on the day before he is supposed to model at Kim's fashion show to save the rain forest, so the kids try to cure him. While Sunny is out, Principal Luna looks to get the opportunity to steal the spotlight from him.

Take a Hike!

A local news station is offering a $500 reward for a picture of a Yeti rumored to be residing in Atlanta. Li'l D quickly discovers the creature is at Sunny's house. However, he makes him promise not to expose him because he had saved his life once. But when Li'l D notices the Yeti is beginning to take advantage of Sunny to the point of his being exhausted, he pulls off a scheme with the other kids to get rid of the creature without breaking his promise to Sunny.

You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yeti

The students intensely campaign Sunny to get him Nominated for Atlanta's Teacher of the Year. However, only one can go with him to the awards dinner. So he organizes a "musical septathlon" to determine who goes with him. However, the end result is a tie and Sunny and the kids decide no one will go with him. But on that very evening, each of them try to sneak into the dinner, eventually working together to see if Sunny will win, which led to his disqualification. Disappointed with this, the students played a song to change the judge's mind. Although their song was very nice, the judge still disqualified Sunny.

Kam and Eddie gain a rivalry over a girl named Zelda, so they created their own company (Selling cases with their face on them). But it goes out of hand.

When Sunny and Lopez fight after their respective class pulll multiple pranks on each other, things go wrong and this has an effect on the two. So, both classes must figure out a way for Sunny and Lopez to get over their hatred for each other.

Two To Tango

Class of 3000 is an American animated television series on Cartoon Network that was created by, was executively produced by, and starred André 3000 of the Hip Hop group OutKast as superstar and music teacher Sunny Bridges, set at Atlanta, Georgia's Westley School of Performing Arts. Mr. Bridges is a jazz and blues artist who occasionally lectures in Atlanta's Little Five Points residential area. It was produced by Tom Lynch Company, Moxie Turtle and Cartoon Network Studios.

As of September 25, 2011, it's currently the last Cartoon Network series to be given a TV-Y7 rating without the Fantasy Violence side rating to accompany it as an ironic result. It is also the final Cartoon Network show which aired at the time Jim Samples had been in charge of Cartoon Network.
