The news of Leonardo’s extramarital affair hits Anna very hard. Anna, however, is not the only one feeling betrayed—there is evidence of who betrayed Leonardo.

While Mertens receives a tip-off that he just can’t ignore, Anna sets her plan for revenge in motion by moving to take away the only thing keeping Leonardo alive. Checkmate.

Being romantically involved with a thief isn't easy. Anna, Leonardo's wife, is well aware of this as she finds herself cornered by Mertens. Judith Dewitt, the director of the Diamond Center, also comes to regret her involvement with Leo when she finds herself in the crosshairs of the investigation.
