THE NEVER ENDING TOP DISHES OF NYC

Action Bronson treats the people of Long Island to an impromptu barbecue on the sidewalk. Bronson had asked his friends at Babylon Village Meat Market to track down a rare cut of beef called Cupim, the muscle on the back of Zebu cow, so he could make his first attempt at grilling the said piece of meat. While the grill is hot, Action's host at the butcher shop breaks out a wide array of dry-aged steaks for the feast. We even see Bronson freestyle a kebab on a chicken rotisserie skewer, to the delight of the many onlookers. Enjoy!

RARE BRAZILIAN BEEF AT A MOM AND POP BUTCHER SHOP

Action Bronson takes on a deeply personal food tour of some of the best off the beaten path restaurants in New York City. First up, Kew Gardens Chicken. Action has been eating here since he was a teenager and it still stands up. The next is a new spot on the Bronson list, but it holds the title for satisfying soulful food. The restaurant is called Ix, and it specializes in Guatemalan food, but with an international twist set in Brooklyn. We then head back to Queens, and feast at the incomparable Merguez and Frites. In Part 3 of Action Bronson's Never Ending Top 10 series, Nick Baglivo of L'Industrie Pizza joins him. This episode is about luxury, straight up. Our visit brings to Paris's premier chocolatier, Jaques Genin. Monsieur Genin taste Action and Clovis through some of his classic caramel's, that are €110 a kilo no less, and a little pistachio ice cream before taking them into the laboratory. Tasting chocolate and drinking champagne makes you hungry, so Clovis scored a table at Table by Bruno Verjus. Bruno is a true connoisseur and his restaurant is a reflection of that. From the razor clams to the back vintages of Overnoy and Prieuré Roch, this meal is one for the books.

FINDING UNUSUAL BURGER COMBINATIONS IN NYC

On this episode of FTD, Action Bronson scours New York City to find the most unique “alt” pasta in the city. First up, Action heads to Win Son Bakery in Brooklyn for some quick bites and coffee. Then, we head to Win Son Restaurant to start our pasta adventure. Action Bronson is creating the ultimate menu of sides using local NYC ingredients. First up, we stop by our favorite spot, Rosario’s, for some fresh cheeses and guanciale. Then, we stopped by the local butcher for the ultimate selection of cold cuts. Using those ingredients, we headed to the studio and created the ultimate tasting session of sides inspired by Action’s childhood food favorites. ACTION BRONSON'S ROAD TO THE RESTAURANT PART 2

The hunt for the ultimate alt burger isn’t over yet. On this episode of FTD, Action Bronson continues his search in New York City. First up, we headed over to Zaab Zaab in the Lower East Side for some Thai flavor fusion with dishes like their rice burger. We continued our journey in Queens at Mama Yoshi’s Mini Mart, where we tried their signature natto burger made with fermented soybeans. Action Bronson is taking over the Badmaash restaurant in Los Angeles for this special episode of FTD's Road to the Restaurant. With the help of the Badmaash family, we rolled out an exclusive menu inspiredx by Action’s favorite bites. To start this culinary adventure, we had an appetizer of sujuk croquettes paired with ivar, whipped feta, and stuffed zucchini. For the main course, we had lamb shanks, lahmajoun, and sujuk flatbreads. To finish the meal, the dessert was a whipped yogurt topped with honey, pistachio brittle, and sliced grapes. ACTION BRONSON'S ONE-NIGHT-ONLY RESTAURANT POP-UP: CHUMBEH

LA’s Chumbeh pop-up was such a success that Action is bringing it to New York City on this episode of FTD’s Road to the Restaurant.  In collaboration with local eateries like Win Son and La Bicyclette, the crew curated the ultimate menu inspired by Action’s favorite dishes. Starters ranged from meatballs and sujuk to croquetas with smoked sujuk to zucchini salad and more. The main course featured savory dishes like chicken melise and a shuk burger. For dessert, the meal concluded with a sweet feta cheese roulé. Enjoy!

ACTION’S POP-UP TRAVELS FROM LA TO NYC!

In this very special episode of FTD, we visited artist Coulter Jacobs. Jacobs' studio is a monument to all of his interests, but for our time with him, we focused on his paintings. Action and Coulter talk about inspiration, process, and color. To wrap things up, Jacobs presents Action with two special paintings.

ACTION BRONSON'S HIDDEN TALENT FOR ART (+ STUDIO VISIT W/ COULTER JACOBS)
