Someone in the shadows wants to use Nicola, Patrizia's right hand, to question the power structures Genny wanted and set fire to the streets of Napoli.

Ciro, Enzo and the others are looking for new allies and Genny takes the opportunity to infiltrate one of his own among the enemy ranks. Meanwhile Nunzia tries to avenge her husband's death.

Ciro Di Marzio, right hand man of clan boss Pietro Savastano, and Ciro's fatherly friend Attilio set fire to Salvatore Conte's home to cut Salvatore down to size – him, the ruthless upcoming contender on the Savastano clan's turf.

Having avoided the war with the Capaccio brothers thanks to the intervention of Uncle, the powerful boss of the hinterland Don Gerlando Levante, Gennaro leaves everything in the hands of his trusted Patrizia.
