In Day 8, it's down to the final four chefs as they try to avoid elimination and reach their goal of Head Chef at the new multi-million-dollar restaurant at the Red Rock Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

The contestants taste Chef Ramsay's signature dish and are given 20 minutes to replicate it. Tension arises among the chefs amidst accusations of cheating.

It is time for Chef Ramsay to hand out the legendary black jackets. Determined to win the coveted black jacket, the chefs play a high stakes game of craps to determine the dishes they will be making for this week's first challenge. It will take three challenges to determine which chefs are ultimately worthy of standing amongst the greats.

The final two contestants battle to the crown when they are tasked with designing a menu for their kitchen and showing Chef Ramsay they have what it takes to be his head chef. Finally, after sixteen weeks of explosive meltdowns and explosive meals, one chef is crowned winner and the next head chef of Hell's Kitchen Las Vegas, securing $250,000 and finally achieving their American dream.

The remaining eight chefs are asked to make crepes, where the winners receiving a night out dining at a French restaurant and the losers creating a French-themed dinner service. During the prep time one contestant is injured, and the other three can't make it through the service.

The three finalists will create dishes from various parts of the world, which will be judged by international culinary experts.

The chefs step up to compete one-on-one in an ingredient game show, where contestants who win can either choose the fate of that ingredient or sabotage the other team; chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo join Gordon in the dining room.

The contestants serve an All-American brunch to new American citizens. Disaster strikes when raw chicken and cold steak are served but one team reigns supreme and is rewarded with a swanky Hollywood rooftop pool party while the losing team picks up pieces of confetti one by one. Both teams feel the pressure serving celebrities like Victor Cruz, Bobby Berk, Alaska, and Liam Pace and one team is not able to turn it around.

The chefs go head-to-head in a soccer-themed fusion cuisine challenge with soccer legend Alexi Lalas; fusion chef Tony Messina guest judges; the chefs compete on a chaotic dinner service.
