Two-hour season finale, part 2. From the menu to the decor, the two finalists must prove their worth to Chef Ramsay as they are each in charge of their own restaurant, completing a dinner service with the help of their former competitors.

The contestants learn about teamwork during a challenge involving pigs and potatoes; while the winning team enjoys a day on a yacht, the losers bathe their new livestock friends; a disorganized dinner service leaves chef Ramsay disappointed.

Tensions rise as the chefs face their most difficult challenge yet -- communication; the contestants must cook one of the top five cuisines in America, but the challenge gets turned on its head and shines the spotlight on a select few contestants.

It is time for Chef Ramsay to hand out the legendary black jackets. Determined to win the coveted black jacket, the chefs play a high stakes game of craps to determine the dishes they will be making for this week's first challenge. It will take three challenges to determine which chefs are ultimately worthy of standing amongst the greats.

The final two contestants battle to the crown when they are tasked with designing a menu for their kitchen and showing Chef Ramsay they have what it takes to be his head chef. Finally, after sixteen weeks of explosive meltdowns and explosive meals, one chef is crowned winner and the next head chef of Hell's Kitchen Las Vegas, securing $250,000 and finally achieving their American dream.

The remaining eight chefs are asked to make crepes, where the winners receiving a night out dining at a French restaurant and the losers creating a French-themed dinner service. During the prep time one contestant is injured, and the other three can't make it through the service.

The three finalists will create dishes from various parts of the world, which will be judged by international culinary experts.

The team that prepares the most-impressive Southern-inspired menu for a sorority's anniversary party wins a trip to Las Vegas; both teams struggle with communication during dinner service.

The contestants are given 30 minutes to create an entree from surprise ingredients; Ramsay conducts one-on-one evaluations.

After both teams are reorganized, the chefs blindly choose ingredients from which they must create a unique dish; the chefs must serve a five-course meal to UNICEF Ambassador Angie Harmon and other VIP attendees.

The remaining contestants face the blind taste test, with the winning team getting an ice skating lesson with figure skater Rachael Flatt; the contestants struggle to stay organized during the dinner service.

The chefs step up to compete one-on-one in an ingredient game show, where contestants who win can either choose the fate of that ingredient or sabotage the other team; chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo join Gordon in the dining room.

The contestants serve an All-American brunch to new American citizens. Disaster strikes when raw chicken and cold steak are served but one team reigns supreme and is rewarded with a swanky Hollywood rooftop pool party while the losing team picks up pieces of confetti one by one. Both teams feel the pressure serving celebrities like Victor Cruz, Bobby Berk, Alaska, and Liam Pace and one team is not able to turn it around.

On this week's episode of Hell's Kitchen the chefs are feeling the heat. When faced with a pasta challenge judged by pasta experts and owners of the critically acclaimed Don Angie, Angie Rito and Scott Tacinelli, the pasta-bilities are endless. Then, one team dishes out a stellar dinner service while the other must face Chef Ramsay's wrath.

The contestants must create elevated American comfort food dishes.
