Anton gives Semyonov Shmidt’s money. From Inga, Shmidt learns about the terrible details of Gradov’s life. After Zimin’s death, Ruzhinsky decides to search for Shmidt. The bodies of the murdered girls were found in the forest.

Shmidt manages to pick up his daughter on Gradov’s terms. At Shmidt’s request, Vika goes to Ruzhinsky’s house. The owner of the hacked site comes to Anton and Nastya again. Ruzhinsky guesses that it is Shmidt that suits him the problems. They are trying to kill Anton. He turns to Semyonov.

Trying to kill Shmidt, Lena finds herself in a death trap. After Shmidt’s disappearance, Iren remains the last in the murder case. Nastya decides to tell Shmidt about Anton’s actions. Shmidt promises Ira to put Konov in jail. Ruzhinsky confesses to his wife that he is losing. Ira decides to act as a witness.

Gradov demands Schmidt to repay the debt and release Konov. Schmidt takes Irene away before the meeting, promising that Konov will not touch her. He keeps his promise. Vika can't forgive Magic for using her. Schmidt himself comes to Ruzhinsky. Gradov can't forgive Schmidt for what he did to Konov and sends his men to Alina.
