Her assistant Halil and his family try to find out who the child is. However, the answer is very close at hand. Mine's older sister Yasemin started working at the same hospital as Halil's doctor son Burak. Burak fell in love with Yasemin the moment he saw her, without knowing who she was.

Burak realizes that he is not the only person in the hospital who likes Yasemin, and that Kerem is not indifferent to Yasemin either. A mysterious man comes to the hospital and asks about Yasemin. Although his surname is different, Yasemin is scared when she sees this man and Şengül is suspicious of this situation. When he goes to the hospital, he looks at the shift schedule in a hurry.

When Burak looks at the shift schedule, he sees that Yasemin's last name is not "Kardan" but "Terzi" and thinks that Mine is not his sister.
