Christy decides to start a lingerie line, but not everyone is supportive of her new business venture; Terra and Jasmine worry about their friendship with Elena as she becomes more distant; Jasmine makes a drastic move to re-spark her marriage.

Meet the ladies of "Little Women: LA," they may be little but they like to live life large. Terra and Tonya enroll the ladies in a sexy dance class so they can all harness their inner goddess. While the ladies celebrate the end of Briana's marriage, Christy drops some very obvious hints about her desire to get married to her boyfriend Todd.

The little women visit "Sin City" and they're determined to give Las Vegas a run for its money while celebrating Traci and Christy's bachelorette parties. The women buy Traci a few drinks to see if they can loosen her up and are blown away by her hidden wild side. The men join the ladies in Vegas and in a spur of the moment decision Christy decides she wants to elope, but will Todd go along for the ride?

Following a nasty fight at Elena's house, Christy tries to make peace by bringing the entire group of girls, and their fighting husbands, to New Orleans. The group embraces the Big Easy lifestyle by dining on crawfish, petting alligators, and trying not to snap each others' heads off. But Briana's desire to visit a psychic infuriates Tonya, and everyone's tempers flare hotter than Cajun gumbo.

Briana recovers from her difficult pregnancy while her baby's monitored in the NICU. Later, Elena and Terra plan a murder-mystery party; the ladies wonder about Christy's involvement in Briana's legal troubles; and Terra takes a risk for an opportunity.

Jasmine throws a couples party in hopes of pleasing Elena; Tonya feels like she's being left out because of her complicated relationship; and Briana and Christy try to mend their friendship. Later, Terra and Tonya get in a huge fight when Tonya puts a man before her friend.

Elena's released from the hospital after giving birth, but her twins remain in the NICU. Later, Christy's daughter is rushed to the hospital; Terra worries about Tonya's logo for her new active-wear clothing line; and Kerwin gives Tonya an ultimatum, demanding that she cut business ties with her ex-boyfriend.

Christy goes shopping for her engagement ring even though Todd hasn't popped the question. While the women prepare for their "pinup girl" themed photo shoot, Traci reveals that she's set her wedding date, which aggravates Christy, and ignites a race to the altar. Terra and Elena temporarily mend their tense relationship when Elena reveals a heartbreaking story about growing up as a little person in Russia.

Terra has the ladies attend a cooking class and things get zesty as the conversation turns to Tonya's love life. In an effort to lose weight and prepare for their wedding, Christy and Todd diet and enroll in dance lessons. When Terra's boyfriend Joe fawns over Elena, Terra plans a sexy and intimate evening to remind Joe of their spark.

Elena has a preview party to test her new beauty products, but Jasmine becomes angry when she's left off the guest list. Elsewhere, an unexpected family member goes behind Briana's back and asks Terra and Christy to help bring her back to the family.

Tonya's daughter's father visits Los Angeles; Christy is concerned Todd being overweight may affect their chances of adopting a child; and Jasmine debates whether to try for a second baby. Meanwhile, Briana keeps a huge secret from Matt.

Christy and Briana start questioning Terra's motivations and friendships with the other women. Meanwhile, Traci struggles with her feelings of envy and Elena's burlesque performance exposes her trust issues with her husband.

Christy brings all the girls together for a fun day of pizza making following Terra's epic fight with Tonya and Elena; Elena receives some unexpected, life-changing news.

As Briana's bachelorette party continues, Briana questions which ladies are there to support her marriage; Ali feels Terra's wrath; Christy is accused of being two-faced.

Fresh from the social media craze caused by the altercation between Christy and Terra, the women find themselves struggling to switch gears for Briana and Matt's upcoming nuptials.

Elena and Preston finally get to find out the gender of their twins, and decide to share the good news at their upcoming baby shower.

While vacationing in New Orleans, tension is at an all-time high as the group anticipates the arrival of Terra's boyfriend Joe, who hasn't seen the rest of the group since a fistfight broke out. Todd and Christy start arguing after he sides with his ex-girlfriend Briana instead of backing up his wife. And while Briana is blindly in love with her new Internet boyfriend, the other women are only seeing red flags, and Christy's ultimate attempt to derail their relationship may blow up in her face.

Tonya's plan to prove to Kerwin that she doesn't have feelings for her ex backfires. Later, Elena's twins are released from the hospital; and Tonya invites the ladies to build houses for charity, but drama between them threatens to derail the event.

When Terra and Tonya get ready for a big performance, nothing can prepare them for what happens on stage.

Tonya learns Briana and Trevore have been talking behind her back and things get explosive at lunch with Trevore and his mom. Concerned with hearing her daughter is being bullied, Briana struggles with whether to tell her daughter she's a little person.

Newly engaged Briana is bombarded by her friends' concerns after Terra, Tonya and Traci take it upon themselves to do a background check on her new fiancé. Their shocking finds are too much for Briana to handle, and she struggles to decide whether or not her relationship is strong enough to withstand his past record. Elena's clothing line for both average size and little people starts to take shape, but as people start questioning her vision at the photo shoot, the pressure could prove to be more than she can handle. And as Terra's pregnant belly grows bigger each day...
