A series of spine-chilling experiments, and the closer they get to the heart of the case, the deeper the mystery becomes. It all started on that day, that moment, and that encounter!!

Episode 8

Hirasaka Ryuji, who has begun working at the gynecology department of St. Juliana Hospital, is surprised to find out that the head of the department is Jinguji Narumi, a woman he once raped as an experimental subject. Rather than seeking revenge on Ryuji, Narumi asks him to train nurses for the "special ward." Their mission is to train and raise sex slaves to serve wealthy, socially prominent male patients. The first candidate nurse is Nanase Ren. Ryuji finds Ren's "weak point" and uses it to violently and lasciviously take Ren's virginity. Ryuji attacks erogenous zones that Ren didn't even know she had, and she writhes in agony/ecstasy... The humiliation and dark pleasure! The pure angel in a white coat changes into something bewitching and lascivious...

Episode 1

Hirasaka Ryuji's second candidate is Shinjo Reimi, the head nurse of the gynecology department. Reimi is proud and takes great pride in her work, and she berates Ryuji for being careless and sloppy. Humiliated, Ryuji finds Reimi's "weak point" and slowly trains her.

Episode 2

Hirasaka Ryuji has successfully trained two nurses, Nanase Ren and Shinjo Reimi, into sex slaves. However, he has found a new candidate nurse for the "special ward", Fujisawa Ako, who works at a pharmacy. Ako is an excellent subject, but her fear of men keeps Ryuji away, and he is initially unable to find her "weak point." However, Ryuji accidentally eavesdrops on Ako's phone call and learns her secret. "Well, I'll teach you about the world, men, and the real you, Miss Ako of Fujisawa Pharmaceuticals." In Ryuji's cunning scheme Ako is framed for stealing a new drug, and now she is helpless and broken, engulfed in a whirlpool of perverse pleasure. Another pure angel is degraded.

Episode 3

Gynecologist Hirasaka Ryuji continues his training, known as the Withering Experiment, designed to turn nurses at St. Juliana Hospital into sex slaves for the "special ward" where they will serve wealthy male patients. Now his tentacles reach out to the last candidate, Kodama Hikaru. Ryuji has a hard time dealing with Hikaru's wild behavior, but when he discovers that her "weak point" is a family member's illness, he uses this as an excuse to bind her hands and feet and begin his experiments. Through the intense and lewd experiments, Hikaru's hidden pleasures are forcibly awakened. Though terrified by the horrible pleasure, her young body gradually begins to bloom in a mysterious and lewd way...

Episode 4

"Service nurses" - it's my job to raise them. On the surface they appear innocent and carefree, but underneath they're all slutty pigs! I've taught them the joys of being a woman. Soon all their training will be over, and they'll be complete sex slaves. Koi, Reimi, Ako, Hikaru, and that guy too... And here I will see the pinnacle of sex slavery. Will their various intersecting desires lead to heaven? Or hell? They all have one thought...

Episode 5

"Was that all just a dream? After I met a man named Hirasaka Ryuji. No! I am Hirasaka Ryuji... I am definitely Hirasaka Ryuji..." In the police station's interrogation room, Koi begins to talk about the events that took place between her and Ryuji. The details were a number of horrifying and insane experiments. Various foreign objects were inserted into Koi's private parts, and a large amount of enema fluid was poured into her anus. What action did Koi take after falling as far as she could? And what about her relationship with Naoya?

Episode 6

Detectives continue to interrogate Koi, who speaks of further experiments... that is, experiments outside the hospital. Ryuuji continues to conduct experiments even on his days off. Ryuji follows Koi around town with a vibrator still inside her private parts. In the midst of this, a change of heart is beginning to occur in Koi. Investigation then extends to the head nurse, Reimi, who tells of her relationship with Ryuji... Another victim of the insane experiment...

Episode 7

When questioned by the detectives, Reimi says, "I just did it because I liked it." However, the detectives are suspicious of her words and attitude, and begin to stake out Reimi. One morning, the detectives find a video cassette in a garbage bag that Reimi had thrown away, and take it home. The video shows the various experiments Ryuji performed on Reimi, as well as a certain truth. Meanwhile, Kodama Hikaru, one of Ryuji's experimental subjects, has gone so far as to give herself enemas in private. As she was subjected to the experiments, she had truly fallen in love with Ryuji. She also goes to the police station to be interrogated and begins to talk of the events that happened between her and Ryuji. The feelings towards Ryuji hidden in each of their hearts and bodies gradually become clear.

Jinguji Narumi was Ryuji's first experimental subject. It all began when she met Ryuji, who took her virginity and humiliated her further. However, during the experiment, Narumi was overcome with an inexplicable ecstasy and began living with Ryuji. The two spent their honeymoon days together, but that didn't last long... And then, the truth was revealed from the lips of her lover. Finally, the whole truth was revealed. At the end of love, at the end of hatred, there was... murderous intent. The horror that ran through the industry is about to strike a tenth shock! It's too simple to be called just a beautiful girl anime at this point. That's why it's been passed down from person to person, becoming history and myth.

On a forbidden hospital ward, the head doctor performs madly erotic experiments, stripping the nursing staff of their uniforms, inhibitions and self-control... until even he is shocked by what he uncovers!
