Megan's partying is affecting her work and Tim Hendricks' easy going attitude is interfering with the business.

Ami is inspired to give back to troubled teens by inviting them to the shop. However when the crew's joking upsets Robear, his fury almost ruins the good will.

The tensions between Ami and Billy break and Billy must now decide between friendship and his apprenticeship. The girls set Robear up on a speed dating event.

Ami must decide whether to fire or train Jessica to tattoo, when it comes out that she has been tatttooing out of her house. Megan moves into the apartment she found, however Joey (her new boyfriend) has his own thoughts for them.

Ami confronts Chris regarding the trash talk of Wooster Street, while Megan decides whether to follow love or career. Ami is looking for a partner to help run the shop and asks Tim to fill the role.

Rodrigo's back pain makes working difficult, so he and Yoji search for an acupuncturist in Chinatown for relief. Meanwhile, a practical joke backfires.

One of the newer employees, Lee gets orders from Tommy to help tattoo when the shop gets busy despite Ami stating that Lee isn't supposed tattoo real clients.

A female customer comes storming into the shop claiming that Lee offered her a free tattoo while he was drunk. Lee also has to deal with figuring out if he cheated on his girlfriend or not. A client informs Megan about her future with her boyfriend.

More than 100 customers have lined up to see Tim Hendricks but are annoyed after he doesn't show up. Tommy's tattoo skills are put to the test when a octogenarian comes for her first tattoo.

With the shop doing so well, Ami throws a party to celebrate and it turns bad when Megan invites Chris without asking Ami first. Jessica tries again to move closer to becoming a tattoo artist someday.

NY Ink follows Ami as he puts it all on the line to become the Tattoo King of New York. Always looking for his next big challenge, Ami's new shop, Wooster Street Social Club, will be opening up right in the heart of SoHo. A new shop means hiring a whole new crew, and with that, a whole new set of problems.

In the Season 3 premiere, new staff members at the Wooster St. Social Club are introduced; country-music singer Brantley Gilbert gets a sleeve tattoo; and Megan needs help with a client who doesn't speak English.
