    When a new girl called Jane joins the Blake family, the other children have opinions of there own towards her. Once she runs away, Ben runs off to find her. The other children then run of to find Ben, but, they get catched by the police. Ben finds Jane in a boat place in the middle of a hurricane. He tells her he made a song about her called ""Hurricane Jane"" (hence the title of this episode).

When Ben and Jane are talking about it later, they decide that Cray did it because he wasn't feeling loved enough. They read a pamphlet on 'Tough Love' and hatch a plan. The next morning, Cray wakes up to find his arms have been tied to the ends of his bed and his legs and toes have been tied together down the other end. The rest of the show has the other family members coming into his room one by one, telling him how much he means to them, and then tickling his barefeet and sides as he lies helpless on the bed! The episode finishes with Karen running her long fingernails up and down the bare soles of Cray's (Brandon Baker) extremely ticklish feet as Cray helplessly laughs and promises not to smoke pot again!
