Millison and Tristan...now attached at the hip...are really starting to hit it off big. Much to the dismay of Lacy, whose taken it in her hands to ruin their relationship. Terrified of living in dorms, Logan and Josh have decided to look for apartments...but can't seem to find anything in their price range. All of the gang heads to Palmetto Pointe College for their freshman orientation and to sign up for classes...and throughout the whole episode, they share thoughts with a college guidance counselor. In the end...a surprise visit to the guidance counselor from Tristan's new best friend and former teammate Murphy Collins...who come to find out...is going to PPC too.

After the death of his parents, Tristan Sutton left Palmetto Pointe to play baseball, hoping to fulfill his dream of playing for the majors. Now, three months later, he has returned with a farm league team, playing in the town he had hoped never to return to. On his way to pitching a no- hitter, Tristan is forced to deal with all that he left behind: family, friends, his first love, and a mysterious new girl that catches his eye.

Pilot

After hurting his arm in the pilot, Tristan is forced to leave his team behind and readjust to his old life, once again settling in Palmetto Pointe. However, things aren't the same this time around...as Lacy is hellbent on having a girl's night with Callah to get back at Tristan. In the meantime, Josh is forced by Tristan and Logan to try to get out there, even though he's kind of sort of maybe seeing Callah. After Tristan and Millison's first date, Tristan gets caught hooking up with an old flame...upon leaving the party, Logan's mom returns to town...just in time to help out with his dad's growing bout with alcoholism. In the end, Tristan is alone again, Callah ends things with Josh for good, and Lacy lets her guard down...giving in to her real unrequited love for Tristan.

In episode four, Tristan heads out to a physical therapist to being his work on his shoulder. While waiting for the doctor to greet him, he recognizes a ball player from a prior generation waiting for physical therapy as well. Throughout their conversation, flashbacks ensue, showing the audience what the world of Palmetto Pointe was like leading up to the days before Tristan's departure. Tristan and Lacy are happy, Josh tells Callah he's in love with her and they share their first kiss...and then tragedy strikes...and we're right back where we started.

With some dark days behind them, the six friends go to Palmetto Pointe College looking for a fresh start. Lacy and Callah move into their dorms, while Logan and Josh search for an apartment. When the gang gets together for a big college bash, Tristan runs into his old teammate, Murphy.

Palmetto Pointe is a television show that was shot on location and based in Charleston, South Carolina. It first aired on August 28, 2005 on i: Independent Television; its last episode aired on October 16, 2005.

The program aired for twelve episodes and was subsequently cancelled due to low viewership, which may have been caused by the program debuting during i's transition from PAX TV.

Tim Woodward, Jr. was on of three persons behind the creation of the show; a young college student, and cast himself among the major roles of the show.
