Deepa visits Rashmoni at the police station. Rashmoni lies to her about Potol. Deepa decides to get Rashmoni released on bail. Later, at Sujon's house, she is accused of stealing Sujon's locket.

Sujon Questions Potol

Sujon becomes restless, as Potol sings Subhaga's song. Sujon questions Potol about her identity in front of the audience. Rashmoni stops Potol as she finishes the programme and plans to leave from there.

Potol, a singing prodigy, lives in a village with her mother, uncle and aunt. However, after her mother's death, she sets out to search for her father, whose identity she does not know.
