Paranormal investigator Meena from Canada arrives in India to investigate an old property. Victoria Villa is said to be haunted for years by the ghost of Captain Burns. But her visit gets marred by an unfortunate incident. Eleven years later, Ragini and her friends check in to Victoria Villa to celebrate their friend’s bachelor party.

Ragini and gang meet the hot manager of Victoria Villa A.K.A Boston Villa. The girls can’t stop drooling over him. Ragini experiences some ghostly presence in the villa that makes her nervous. Meanwhile, the haunted Boston Villa also faces another real-life threat from a local business.

Ragini continues to investigate the reason behind the recent paranormal activities around her. She learns the identity of the old man whom she saw at the Victoria Villa. Horror
