Concerned that the Earth is in danger from these space monsters. V a space police officer, sees Scott’s courage in defending his village and gives Scott a belt that allows him to transform into a Rise Man! As the Rise Man, Scott fights against various monsters who want to destroy the Earth and take the Geostones to destroy the Earth and claim the Geostones.
