    Kamura (Kihei Shiina) is a cold-hearted elite doctor. While attracting attention for his groundbreaking new treatment to rejuvenate his aging heart, he is recruited by a shady bureaucrat, Sakuma (Kenichi Takifuji), to the National Neomedical Center.
