The fate of the entire universe hangs in the balance as Samurai Jack faces Aku.

When Jack enters a spooky, old mansion and gets locked inside, he catches sight of a figure and sets after it to find out what is going on. As Jack is led further and further in, he discovers that the house and its inhabitants have an evil plan that involves…him.

XXXV

Aku sends a Ninja to destroy Jack who is busily helping a port town in distress.

When ancient gods try to destroy a powerful evil, they send one piece of the beast hurtling through space. This piece lands on earth, spreading its evil through the land. When it encroaches on an Emperor's empire, he takes it upon himself to destroy the evil, but ends up unleashing the evil that is Aku.

Birth of Evil

When Aku is reborn to set forth his reign of terror, the Emperor's son is sent off to learn the ways of the samurai. That boy becomes a man and attempts to slay Aku with a mighty sword, but Aku banishes him to the future.

As Jack goes through fall, winter, spring and summer, he must battle the perils that each season brings.

Aku forces an old, ace robot assassin out of retirement to eliminate the ultimate mark - Jack.

Jack's will to survive is pushed to its absolute limits after a deadly, unseen foe launches a relentless surprise attack.

Samurai Jack is gravely injured, but still decides to face one of the deadliest foes he's ever faced, Assassins from the Cult of Aku.

XCIV

Jack must get past three blind archers to reach an all-powerful wishing well.

It's been 50 years since we last saw Samurai Jack and time has not been kind to him. Aku has destroyed every time portal and Jack has stopped aging, a side effect of time travel. It seems he is cursed to just roam the land for all eternity. His past haunts him as well as a cult of assasins dedicated to killing him for Aku's glory.

Jack and a Swamp Wizard travel to the four corners of the earth, collecting pieces that are meant to get Jack home. But when Aku reveals himself to be the Swamp Wizard, Jack must battle these pieces which are now being puppeteered by Aku's evil hands.

XXXIV

Jack comes upon a battle where a mere 300 men are fighting a vast, unending army of robots and their evil robotic leader.

Jack falls into a hidden temple sanctuary to find monks trained like him in the style of the Ancient Master. The Ancient Master's Son then tells Jack of a portal to send him home, but in order to use it, his new friends must be sacrificed.

When Aku raises the bounty on Jack, the best bounty hunters in the world gather to capture him.

Tired of all the bounty hunters and robots failing, Aku fights Jack, mano y mano.

Young Jack is brought to Africa for part of his training, but when his tribe is abducted, he must learn how to use their unique sword-like weapon – and fast!

Jack finds a baby and the two travel together as Jack tries to return the boy to his mother.

Samurai Jack's worst fear is realized when he faces off against Aku; the demon makes a shocking discovery about Ashi that puts her in grave danger.

Aku hires the best hunters in the galaxy to track down the most elusive of prey - Samurai Jack.

An over-friendly creature begins following Jack, messing up Jack's every move along his quest.

Jack is directed to a deathtrap-filled labyrinth which holds a diamond that can restore him to his time. Unfortunately a master thief also enters the labyrinth going for the item.

Jack is approached by a cool Samurai-punk who wants to battle with Jack in order to prove that he is the best.

Jack has lost all memory of who he is and it's up to the Scotsman to put the pieces of the puzzle together to save the samurai.

Scotsman Saves Jack

When Aku catches a cold and sneezes on Jack, Jack becomes infected with Aku’s badness which begins to take over his entire body.

Samurai Jack partners with a deadly assassin in order to escape a gargantuan creature that has swallowed them whole.

Jack gets weapons and beats back Aku's army of beetles saving the canine race.

When Jack and a Scotsman meet on a never-ending bridge, they end up shackled together and on the run from bounty hunters.

Jack and a mysterious woman go on a quest in an attempt to resolve their personal goals.

The Scotsman needs Jack's help to save his kidnapped wife. But this woman is hardly the distressed damsel the Scotsman makes her out to be.

XVII

Jack comes upon ruins of a village and realizes it is his home. He then reflects on the past when he was a young boy.

Samurai Jack fights to save a group of enslaved people from being harvested as the power source for a monstrous Mega-Robot.

XCVI

The Samurai lands in the future and is named Jack. He is enlisted by a race of dogs to destroy Aku.

Jack goes through a cave full of challenges only to find an old warrior longing to reach Valhalla.

Jack must travel along a water creature, a mountain creature and a flying creature to get to a portal to return home. But once he reaches the portal, it is guarded by an undefeatable warrior who tells him that this portal is not for him.

XXXII

Jack enters a village to discover that he is their Chosen One meant to embody the Robo-Samurai and destroy the Mondo-bot that has come to destroy them.

XLI - Robo/Mondo - Bot

Jack meets up with Mad Jack and must battle his darker self.

VIII

Jack goes from destroyed village to another looking for those responsible, only to find the destruction was commissioned by Aku.

XVIII

Jack travels vertically up a mountain with three monks to witness the magic of the mountain only to have the power of the mountain save his very life.

When a band of bikes mow over Jack's sandals, he goes on a hunt for the perfect footwear.

XXVI

Jack and Ashi overcome a series of dangerous physical and spiritual tests in order to recover Jack's sword.

XCVIII

Jack comes upon a monkey-man and agrees to train his tribe in the ways of defending themselves if the monkey-man teaches him how to "jump good".

Aku sends out Demongo, the soul collector, to destroy Jack. Now Jack must fight all the mighty warrior souls that Demongo has collected.

XXIII

Aku leads Jack to a graveyard where the dead begin to rise. An evil spirit takes over Jack's sword, leading Jack to defend himself against his own weapon. When Aku gets hold of the sword, Jack fears he's finally met his end.

Jack must read hieroglyphics, solve riddles and assemble a sacred scarab to call upon Ra for help in fighting evil ancient Egyptian shadow warriors.

XXXI

Jack helps free the Woolies from the tyrannical Chritchellites.

Jack helps save a Prince and Princess whose ship has been shot down to Earth by Aku.

XLVII

Jack is kidnapped and placed in a chain gang of warriors chosen to battle in front of a coliseum audience against the Dome of Doom's Champions.

Jack hooks up with some Chicago gangsters to try and get close to Aku.

Three short stories: Jack vs. the Worm: Jack confronts a two-headed riddling serpent who will grant him his wish if he can answer their questions;  The Metal-Eaters: Jack confronts a family that feed on metal and eat Jack's sword; Jack, the Gargoyle and the Fairy: Jack tries to rescue a wish-granting fairy from a gargoyle so that she may grant his wish to return home.

Jack is turned into a chicken by a cranky wizard. While he tries to fix this, he gets caught by a "handler" and becomes a prize-winning Creature Combat fighter.

XXVII

Jack boards a train to his next destination only to be attacked by a couple of arguing bounty hunters.

XXIX

When a flatulent dragon begins stinking out an entire village. Jack slays the beast and ventures inside it to cure to source of its bellyache.

When Jack has his sword and clothing stolen, he must give chase to a white rabbit who took them while trying to maintain his modesty.

XXIV

Ashi's search for Samurai Jack helps her to see his effect on the world after encountering numerous people and places where he has changed things for the better

XCVII

When Jack mistakenly destroys a group of scientists' chance to escape Aku, he and the scientists join forces to try and fix the problem, hopefully returning Jack home as well.

When a man's daughter is kidnapped by Aku's Children, Jack must infiltrate a rave to stop the musical brainwashing.

XXVIII

Jack has an underwater adventure with a jelly-whale and sea monkeys while hunting foran ancient time portal.

Aku tells fairy tales to the children to try and win them over to his side instead of Jack's.

XIII

The burgeoning relationship between Jack and Ashi takes a turn after they are hunted by one of the galaxy's deadliest creatures.

XCIX

A great warrior is displaced to the distant future by the evil shape-shifting wizard Aku. The world has become a bleak place under the rule of Aku, segregated into fantastic tribes and ruled by Aku's evil robot warlords. Jack travels this foreign landscape in search of a time portal that can return him to his home time so he can "undo the future that is Aku!".
