The gang tries out a new fighting game at the arcade. Usagi vows to stop battling Yokai but later gets attacked by O-Dokuro, a Yokai-possessed skeleton.

The Ki-Stone gifts Chizu, Kitsune and Gen with weapons, but they don't know why. Usagi makes himself their sensei and trains them to use their new gear.

Usagi and Gen volunteer to show the ninja kids that there's a lot more to life outside the dojo. The Bat Squadron attacks the temple.

Kagehito needs the team's help to retrieve a precious item. Makkine warbottos are appearing all over town… but where are they coming from?

Tetsujin debuts his defensebotto but needs someone to drive it. Chizu confronts Lady Fuwa in a final fight to lead the Neko Ninja Crew.

Kagehito realizes what Kitsune's pet egg really is. An ill-timed attack by the Bat Squadron leads to disaster, allowing the Makkine to invade.

After Kagehito warns of the coming Makkine invasion, the gang sets out to recruit the ninja and Mogura as allies. Lady Fuwa plots revenge against Chizu.

Chizu challenges Lady Fuwa for control of the Neko Ninja Crew. Usagi and Gen plan a party for Kitsune when they learn she's never celebrated a birthday,

O-Dokuro leads the team to an ancient battlefield, where Usagi hopes to retrieve his ancestor's sword to cut off the approaching invasion.

Longing to become a samurai, Usagi heads to the city of Neo Edo — where he accidentally frees a villain who was imprisoned for a thousand years.

All of Neo Edo must come together to fight as the Makkine send a giant monster and an army of warbottos through the gateway. Can the city be saved?

Usagi and his friends battle Kagehito — a spider-like Yokai with multiple arms, legs and eyeballs — then must save Lord Kogane from an attack.

Usagi, Kitsune, Chizu and Gen head to the cultural center, where they encounter a Yokai that lives inside neglected things and one that can change shape.

Gen receives treatment at the hospital as Usagi and Kitsune wind up in the middle of a disagreement between the Mogura and Bat Squadron.

The Neko Ninja Crew attacks the temple, forcing Chizu to choose a side. Gen heads over to his side job while Usagi searches for the second Yokai.

Karasu-Tengu agrees to be Usagi's sensei if he captures the three Urban Yokai. Lady Fuwa launches her plan to rule Neo Edo by stealing the Ki-Stone.

Usagi reunites with the team as they battle Lady Fuwa and her ninjas. Kagehito launches a savage attack to attach the Clavis to the Ki-Stone.

Chikabuma sneaks away to warn Gen, Toshiko, Chizu and Kitsune about Kagehito's plan. After Usagi proves himself worthy, Karasu-Tengu agrees to train him.

After Usagi and Chizu search for the last Urban Yokai in the Hidden Dojo, Usagi has a change of heart. Kagehito gets closer to finding his missing item.

The Ki-Stone fights to close the portal to would-be alien invaders but is missing an important piece. Can Usagi and the team find it in time?
