Paddy McGuinness is on the pull once more for his legion of dateless divas, but which girls will keep their lights on for the single lads delivered by the love lift? Attempting to woo the ladies with their cheeky banter are a company manager from Huntingdon, a motorbike enthusiast from Bristol, an events consultant from Leamington Spa and an athlete from London. There is also a chance to find out how last time's couples fared on their dates on the Isle of Fernando's.

Paddy attempts to find dates for a selection of different women. If they aren't impressed by what they see and hear they can turn off their lights. Any girls with their lights still turned on at the end of several rounds they have the chance to be selected to go out on a date with the man. If all the girls end up turning their lights off the man goes home without a date. Paddy also updates on how last week's dates went.
