When the Foot Ninja attack April's apartment in force, the Turtles fight against overwhelming odds to get the wounded Leo to safety.

With Stockman showing up in the middle of the final battle between our heroes and the Shredder, everything is thrown into chaos ... so much so that our heroes must join forces with the Shredder and Hun to defeat Stockman.

On a training run Leo is ambushed by a major Foot attack force, including Foot Tech Ninjas, their old enemy Hun, and a new threat: the Foot Elite!

The Shredder is leaving Earth in a spaceship of his own construction intent upon wreaking havoc on the Utroms and the galaxy. But he's taken on some unwanted passengers and they're not about to let the Shredder get away.

Our four turtles stand facing their most formidable foe to date ... the Shredder. Beaten and battle weary, the turtles get separated from one another during the martial arts mayhem and a building collapse!

The Turtles and Splinter continue to fight their way up through the Foot Headquarters skyscraper, facing down three misshapen Mutant Shredder Clones, a hallway of traps, and the Mystic Ninja.

With the Foot, the Purple Dragons, and the Mob becoming more than the Turtles can handle, the TMNT reluctantly call on the help of Shredder's old General: Karai.

The Battle Nexus tournament begins to take it's toll on the TMNT : Leonardo is poisoned, Splinter is framed, and Lord Draco moves closer to victory.

The Battle Nexus Tournament nears it's conclusion : Dontello finds himself fighting for his life with Usagi Yujumbo as Mikey is poised to become Battle Nexus Champion. Leonardo's condition worsens, and Splinter is still in prison. Worse still, Lord Draco now has control of the Daimyo Warstaff...

Oroku Saki (aka the Shredder) attempts to convince Leonardo that Saki is fighting the good fight ... that he's out there carrying on the great tradition of Bushido and Ninjitsu, and the turtles should stand with him.

The Turtles and Splinter escape the Utrom's virtual reality device, but now they must escape TCRI before it is destroyed. Buttheir only way out is hampered by one small obstacle: SHREDDER AND THE FOOT!

The Turtles discover more about their master Splinter as the Battle Nexus tournament continues. They also have a run-in with a warrior who Splinter defeated in the tournament three years ago: Lord Draco.

With the help of their closest allies and most dangerous enemies alike, the Turtles have fought their way through a demonic version of New York to confront the Shredder once and for all! Now the Turtles must have everything they've got and have no choice but to focus their energy and become their very own mystic avatars...Dragons. This night, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will meet their destinies: Whether to live or die!

The Turtles return to New York with one goal in mind: to destroy the Shredder once and for all.

The Turtles are caught in a power struggle for the city : The Foot, the Purple Dragons, and the Mob, all want a piece of the pie. Are the boys able to save the city from anarchy? And is it their problem in the first place?

Shredder's army of Foot Mechs confront the Turtles, but even if they defeat this army, can they stop Shredder? And how does a Triceraton warrior called Zog fit into it all?

Splinter receives a vision of his Master Yoshi...and a mission. He must stop the Shredder. Time is running out. He doesn't know how to explain it to his sons, but they need no explanation. They're with their father to the bitter end.

Leonardo returns from Japan to find the lair in ruins and his family nowhere to be seen. As he investigates he finds that the Foot is back to full strength - with Karai as their leader. Since the Foot believe Leo to be dead, he puts all that he has learnt from the Anicent One into practice...

With the outbreak-mutant situation the Turtles feel they have to deal with and Donatello sick his brothers leave him with Casey and April for care. But Donatello is not sick but in the last stages of a second mutation.

With Donatello sick the Turtles are desperate. So desperate that they decide to try and sneak into Bishops facility, where they realize they have to make a deal with the devil if they want to cure Donatello

Every three years, Splinter leaves his students to go to parts unknown. Curious, the four Turtles decide to follow him this time. The pursuit of their master leads the Turtles into something they never expected, right into the middle of the "Big Brawl" : The Battle for the Nexus, a brutal tournament where fates will be decided...

While Leonardo is in Japan studying with the Ancient One, Karai as the new Shredder makes her attack. Will Leo return to New York? Will he find out what happened to his home and his family? And, have Splinter and Turtles really been destroyed?

To cure Donatello the Turtles made a deal with the devil aka Bishop. Now they have to retrive a pendant that is supposed to help Bishop in his research. The thing is that the pendant is in the heart of the Foot-building, and Karai won't just hand it over

After the Turtles were able to cure Donatello's mutation, a group of ninjas confronts the Turtles to tell them about a battle between good and evil that will decide the fate of the world.
