Despite the attack on the police station, Alon is determined to act against Maor Ezra in legal ways. Miki adapts to the Haifa District Attorney's Office and finds herself involved in Alon's case. Alon returns with his family to Nahariya and soon discovers that the police are paralyzed in front of the young criminal Maor Ezra, who terrorizes the city. After experiencing humiliation on it's own, Alon realizes that in order to fight Ezra, he must first rehabilitate the status of the police in the city.
