Cubby makes them pretend to be driving in a invisible car, and then takes JB and Kayla out for their driving test, in which they have to drive around props from Silverstone that pop up on the road. Neither JB or Kayla pass. When Cubby is driving, he takes a candy bar out of JB's backpack and eats it. He quickly spits it out and says he has an allergie to nuts, and that the bar was a nutbar. JB and Kayla drive him to the hospital. Meanwhile, Artemus tells Silverstone and Hawk that he will be on vacation. While hes gone, Silverstone and Hawk get in to Artemus's Panther. Silverstone accidently pushes a button which sends the Panther out of the headquarters. While driving, they see the rat walk into a warehouse. Curious, they go inside, and find that noones inside. When they go back outside, they see The Rat drive off in the panther. They catch up to him in his car, and make him get out.
