    YIN ventures out of her home for fun and happens to witness MASTER CHEUNG ward off his pursuers, the Black and White Devils. YIN is fascinated. MAN gives chase to a female thief but is mistaken by YIN as a sex offender. The two become enemies. YIN and MAN are the children of LAM and SZETO, two corrupt public officials whose uneasy collaboration is built on mutual suspicion and distrust. The rumoured arrival of a special agent from the capital prompts the two to seek advice from MASTER CHEUNG. Inside the sanctuary, MAN catches CHEUNG red-handed in the forbidden act of eating dog meat. Not recognizing the master wizard, MAN gives him a speech. CHEUNG plays along and the two finally drink to their heart's content. MAN fools YIN by disguising himself as the Master. YIN discovers the truth and is enraged.
