    Kirk Hafner desperately seeks to save the world from the potential devastation to be caused by billionaire Robert Terrell’s obsession with controlling the weather. The race against time begins as Hafner finds himself the target of Terrell’s band of henchmen. As weather conditions continue to worsen, Hafner turns to Detective Devon Williams to help him maneuver his way through Terrell’s deadly game. Together, the pair attempts to shut down the weather system with the hope of making it out alive.
