In episode one viewers can look forward to meeting the show’s resident judges, celebrity chef and author Zola Nene and award-winning executive chef at The Restaurant at Waterkloof Gregory Czarnecki. As well as the 8 hottest South African culinary professionals who will be put straight to the test with a grueling task of creating the most instagrammable dish this week. This week the Zola and Gregory will be joined by guest judge, Omphile Setiolane, who will give the contestants a masterclass in how to style, compose, edit and choose the perfect food photo to make an impact on their Instagram feeds.

This challenge is all about conscious cooking, and sees the 7 remaining finalists head to the wine country to master farm-to-fork and seasonal dining. Their task – create an unbeatable dish using fresh honey and stay out of the frying pan.

This week each team needs to create the perfect three-course menu and host the perfect occasion at the Nedbank Golf Challenge in Sun City, proving they are The Ultimate Taste Master.

This week the final four contestants get to learn from the greats, meet South Africa’s top Chefs at the prestigious annual Eat Out Awards and show that they belong at this level.

It’s the semifinals of The Taste Master and this week the top three contestants battle it out for the trip to Belgium, which is famous for its chocolate, waffles, fries and beer – Stella beer!

It’s the final of The Taste Master and we make a stop-over in Belgium, the heartland of chefs and brewers.

In Episode 2 our final group of six made up of Duke Mbokazi, Jason Miller, Jason Tomlinson, Khensani Peters, Meghan Mavrodaris and Nqobile Ngcobo will go head to head in a challenge to test their skills and creativity.

This week on The Taste Master SA the pressure is on as the bottom performing contestants from The Fruit Cake Challenge and The Spice Cake Challenge need to prove to the judges that they have what it takes to stay in the competition! The pressure is on in the second elimination round as last week’s bottom 6 contestants head outdoors where they will bake for their lives in the beautiful Stellenbosch Winelands.

The Top 3 contestants, Thando Manyoni, Jay Miller and Kyle Haytread, must use all the skills they’ve learned throughout the competition to impress the judges one last time with a high-tea presentation at the esteemed Hazendal Wine Estate.

The Taste Master SA is back with judges Zola Nene and Fritz Schoon. For their first challenge in Season 3 contestants will need to impress with a vanilla cake with a difference.

It’s the first elimination challenge on The Taste Master SA Season 3. Six contestants from the Vanilla Cake challenge go head-to-head in a challenge that will see two of them going home.

With 10 contestants left in the competition The Taste Master SA is turning up the heat in the kitchen with a bit of spice.

In this week’s episode the contestants must leave out all animal products and bake purely vegan.
