He has lots of fun telling half-truths, but trouble comes along and in the end Tip realises what his mommy meant and promises not to tell any more half-lies… or almost-truths!

At home, he hasn’t forgotten his promise, but he wants to play for a while first… after all, there’s plenty of time! But evening comes and he still hasn’t made the birthday card. Will he manage to keep his promise?!
