The main characters of the new domestic series are four young men who have come to study in Tallinn and, by fate's will, share a room in the college dormitory. In addition to them, three girls studying in the same school also play a central role. In the first days of their independent lives, many of them lose their footing, and in the big city, crazy adventures and passionate love affairs, as well as dramas and even criminal escapades, await in the dormitories.

From the countryside to the city

Andri's secret comes to light, and he must be held accountable for his past sins. Paul's fate lies with Iris, who takes the reins and takes him to eat junk food. Staff knows that his fate is to go to prison like his brother, father, and mother, and takes the first steps on that path. Neeme grows tired of the nerd reputation and starts learning karate.

No escaping from fate

Our young heroes momentarily lose their footing in the lights of the big city. However, it turns out that in real life, their previously underestimated country wisdom helps much more than the city boys' fancy clothes and smooth talk. Tibu gets pimples from the junk food offered by Iris, and Iris gets offended. Marion promises to rein in Andri. Andri promises his pregnant girlfriend that he won't leave her. Neeme borrows money from Paul to ask out Vika. Vika has to defend the boys' honor with her fists. The youngsters grow tired of staying in the dorm and decide to immerse themselves in glamour. But what to wear to avoid looking like a country bumpkin?

Big city lights

The drom heroes are fed up with not having money. Neeme finds a formula for success - inventing something that would be beneficial to mankind - a wine fermenter with an accelerator. Andri lacks vision as a candidate for the burger vendor position, and he loses the job. Staff offers him easy money, which turns into huge trouble. Andri looks for an apartment to move in with his child and girlfriend and discovers the dormitory commander's secret business. Vika and Andri conclude that Andri's fate is a God's wicked business plan. Andri meets a homeless person who fundamentally refuses to work.

Everyone has their business

Andri's pregnant girlfriend arrives in Tallinn. However, she encounters a defeated Andri, who manages to disappoint Marion, Chinese exchange students, the dormitory commander, and his new employer all in one day. Iiris takes Tibu to the theater, which turns into another embarrassing outing for Tibu. The wine made from Paul's currants, is christened CaberNeeme Shavinjoon and turns out very good. However, it undermines the boys. This, in turn, pushes the dorm heroes into more trouble. Paul no longer wants to be Tibu and wants to become an eagle. The other boys also transform into eagles. But by the end, the rulers of heaven become rats again in their beloved dormitory.

Eagles

Kätlin finally arrives in Tallinn. The girlfriend has to be smuggled into the dormitory secretly and accommodated in the boys' room due to lack of money. But the excitement doesn't last long because the girl presents a series of costly demands. Tibu and Lotte discover that to appeal to women, each must use their own method - one must be cute, the other uncompromisingly macho. Staff receives two tough orders...

Cones and stumps

While the youngsters decide to spruce up the messy rooms of the dormitory to make them more homely, Andri and his pregnant girlfriend play house in the dorm's private room. It's Tibu's birthday, he turns 17. How to elegantly lift a 120-kilogram friend up to 17 times? An uninvited guest to the birthday party is Andri's underage but intoxicated girlfriend Kätlin, who embarrasses herself and Andri. Vika's secret from the past surfaces. The most attended class at school turns out to be the sex education class, which creates a lot of excitement.

Playing house

The dormitory is haunted by paranormal phenomena. The only sensible thing throughout the whole day is that Genka offers Andri a job as a band's transport man. The other guys also want to join such a cool job. But things are far from normal as they seem. The most normal person in the group is a beautiful girl in a wheelchair, paralyzed from the waist down.

Paranormal activities

In the dormitory, a sanitary raid takes place - the commander and the dormitory caretaker, along with the raid brigade, confiscate anything immoral - pornography, alcohol, cigarettes. But in the boys' room, there are discoveries awaiting - Neeme's wine industry, Staff's weapon, and Ändu, the cat with diarrhea. Andri receives the biggest surprise of the series - a positive surprise.

Mishaps

Staff, who has only been spinning tales about women, meets a real girl. The other boys have to get alcohol from the store themselves, which leads them straight into the hands of the municipal police (MUPO). Iiris redesigns Tibu according to her taste. Neeme feels brave today and goes to charm Vika. Andri is now free and decides to politely ask out Marion. He's probably too late - Marion is going to meet a famous super chef and hopes to be featured in the gossip magazine "Kroonika."

Be yourself!

Staff is held hostage by a drug dealer who forces him to kill someone. The whole mess started with a drug bag, which needs to be retrieved, the only problem is that it's in the hands of the greedy and tyrannical commander. Andri, Neeme, and Tibu decide to help Staff so that their friend can be freed from slavery. A fun frenzy takes place during physical education class, where a famous basketball player teaches relaxation to the youngsters. The emo boy, who has been silent in the dormitory until now, finally speaks up. More confessions follow.

Cards on the table!

The school year is over. Before our dorm heroes scatter back to the countryside, villages, and towns, one last party must be held. So, the boys organize chaos unlike anything the worn-out walls of the dormitory or the ever-watchful dormitory caretaker have ever seen.

Meetings and departures

At the dormitory caretaker's invitation, the boys become the mayor's whipping boys and start generating electricity in the sawmill. The girls go to the military complex for cooking practice - 400 men and three beautiful girls - sounds like paradise! Village disco, skinny dipping, animals-birds-insects, electric fence, and cow pie - everything has become new, interesting, and frightening to the youngsters who have urbanized in just a year. Of course, everything starts to go downhill from the very first day.

New deals, old habits

The dorm boys are now convinced that there are only celebrity photographers, celebrity chefs, celebrity chimney sweeps, and celebrity bottle collectors in the city. Stores sell celebrity cheese and celebrity jam, celebrity sausages and celebrity chewing gum. But fortunately, Andri, Tibu, Neeme, and Staff finally make it to the countryside, move into a convertible dormitory, and life finally kicks into gear! Vika, Marion, and Iris are greeted by 400 hungry soldiers.

New temptations

The summer internship for the dormitory dwellers isn't as easy as expected - some of the promised funds are threatened to be taken away from the boys, and the girls struggle in the kitchen. Pauli can't reach Iris on the phone, but Iris has already reached another Pauli, Pauli Õige, a war veteran. The boys attend a proper village disco, which starts nicely but ends with a fight and an after-party at a drug farm - they get acquainted with the local eco-narcotic - jenkem.

Dance steps

Staff falls head over heels in love. Neeme is waiting for Elektra to visit, although the terrible eco-narcotic jenkem smell in his mouth can be felt several miles away. The boys start a combine harvester for fun but can't find the brakes. However, this is the least of their worries on this unfortunate day. The girls go on a field exercise to distribute food, but they are thrown out of the armored vehicle due to a fight. Iris decides that Pauli Õige is "the right one" and plans to give herself to him. The girls think Vika is a lesbian and are afraid to share a room with her anymore.

Come what may!

Marion and Vika's duel for Andri's affection must be decided by Andri himself - Marion invites him to visit her at the military complex. Pauli wants to go to the girls anyway because he's afraid Iris has someone else. In this case, he's right; Iris has found the soldier Pauli Õige, whom she plans to give herself to that very night. However, it turns out that the invited boys are not allowed onto the premises. Other ways must be used. Here, Iris's father's military drill training for Pauli comes in handy.

Hide and seek

On the dormitory dwellers' final day of their internship, and things are completely falling apart. The girls are convinced of the hopelessness of their internship grade and organize a big mess to truly earn a bad grade. The boys must hand over their work at the sawmill to get the expected money, but Kustav orchestrates such a disaster for his friends that it cannot be salvaged. Love has let down Pauli, Iris, Neeme, and Kustav, but one of the dormitory dwellers loses their innocence.

Businesses

The countryside-hardened dorm-dwellers are now back in the city. The old dormitory was closed due to the risk of collapse, and now they are facing a move to a new, Euro-renovated dormitory. The boys send Neeme to study in Germany to start the new school year as a trio. But upon returning to the dormitory, they are in for a surprise - their new roommate Virgo, aka Vigri.

An old flame never dies

Kustav and Andri decide to quit smoking and swearing. Tibu, however, has already become a changed man - Irma turned him into a real man. And now, Iris realizes she wants Pauli back. But first, they must exorcise the evil spirit of Irma from Pauli. The school is the last in the country in terms of academic performance, and the management conducts inspections in the dormitory to ensure that the youth are not engaging in immoral activities instead of studying. However, they have to deal with the dormitory caretaker Salme during the inspection.

Lessons

The overcrowded dorm room is at risk of bursting at the seams. Pauli, who doesn't even fit into his own bed alone, plans to host the girl Irma, who has come from the countryside and is roughly Pauli's size, as an overnight guest. In addition, Andri's mother leaves her husband and comes to Tallinn, asking Andri for a place to stay. Staff suggests that Andri's mother could stay in the dorm room because a proper "milf" would only bring honor to any boys' dormitory. Kätlin keeps making increasing demands on the director and snaps a couple of compromising photos.

The young and the old

Andri, Kustav, and Pauli participate in a television weatherman competition. They believe victory is already in their pocket, and fame awaits because they have been individually invited. However, upon arrival, it turns out that the boys must also strip down to their underwear, as demanded by gender equality. Marion goes to a model casting, but instead of high fashion, she has to wear prostitute clothing. Virgo calls famous singers and gets a chance as a guitarist to audition for a band. Vika goes on a date, and Iris, left alone, begs to come along, promising to stay quiet, but she is not accepted. The dormitory caretaker's footing is shaky - the school inspection tries to discredit Salme to take her job.

Do you fit?

Marion has been missing for several days. She was invited to be a model but has not returned to the dormitory yet, and her phone is switched off. The dormitory dwellers suspect that something has happened and decide to rescue Marion from the culprits together, using their collective wit and strength.

Bullies

In the final episode of the dormitory dwellers' season, the dormitory caretaker Salme and the youth realize that now they have no choice but to stand together - "all for one, one for all" - otherwise, Salme will be fired, and the youngsters will suffer under the tyranny of the school inspector Valve. Vika cannot handle the emotional tension, gets drunk, and confesses to everyone whom she truly loves. As Virgo's behavior as a roommate doesn't improve, he is moved out into the corridor along with his bed. Through this, he encounters his true band. Surprisingly, this season has a happy ending!

Tangled up

The third season of the Ühikarotid starts with a big bang: Tibu gets an electric shock. In addition to his other phobias, this adds an electric phobia. But how would someone find work as an electrician with an electric phobia? Therefore, Tibu decides to leave the electrician course and switch to the girls' course, becoming a cook. The dormitory caretaker Salme gains an admirer. Love works wonders.

Electric shock

Tibu has electrophobia, and he also fears that he might have burnt his tool with an electric shock. Fortunately, it turns out to be a false alarm. Marion has a fear of men, and one man receives a letter of rejection from her. Iris thinks Tibu has a fear of relationships. We find out that Salme is afraid of spiders. However, Iris believes that a spider brings luck and that love will probably come to Salme. Iris is not mistaken.

Phobias

Tibu and Virgo have made a bet on women, and the loser has to kiss the dormitory caretaker. However, Virgo needs to kiss Tibu to win the bet. Tibu doesn't realize that he loses either way, and to top it off, he gets caught kissing Virgo by Iris. The boys and Vika get caught in a compromising situation at the STD clinic. Tibu decides to switch to the girls' course, becoming a cook instead of an electrician.

Setbacks

Iiris finally breaks Tibu's secret with Cosmo's help - everything points to Tibu being gay. At the same time, the boys have arranged for a dancer for Tibu's birthday. With limited options, the dancer turns out to be dorm-Leena, from whom Tibu got the STD. Tibu's parents also attend the spicy party. Staff gets a new "legal" job offer, and Andri's father offers him a job as well. However, the boys must decide between money or friends, as the girls urgently need the boys' help. Namely, the new guys in the dormitory make an unwelcome visit to the girls' room, and things get out of hand.

Big complications

Male chefs are more highly valued, and Tibu, who has just started cooking courses, is offered a job. He also invites the boys to work as waiters. Due to confusing circumstances, instead of waiter jobs, the boys end up having to strip in front of the public. However, they are refused payment for their clumsy strip, so the boys take their wages out in food since their stomachs are empty anyway.

Challenges

Four dorm heroes and a baby it goes without saying who puts whose strength and skills to the test. After a long and exhausting struggle, Andri, Kustav, Tibu, and Virgo finally manage to conquer the baby. While watching over the sleeping baby, the boys find their softer side and believe that they will all become great fathers.

Weddings and funerals

The dormitory caretaker Salme is in a romantic mood. She has said "yes" to her suitor, checked the info line to confirm there is no upper age limit for marriage, and has decided to make her dream of a white dress come true. Vika, Iiris, and Marion are giving advice on the bridal gown.

Family things

The dormitory caretaker and her suitor's wedding is in jeopardy. Marion breaks Virgo's heart. Andri's parents are divorcing. Staff and his brother are still on the run. The boys face expulsion from the worst school in Estonia. The dormitory caretaker is appointed as the guys' watchdog, and they have to clean the dormitory.

Iiris falls under the influence of the manipulative Kätlin, Virgo and Tibu save the dormitory, and Andri sees the shadow side of his idealized father.
