After the murder of a young single mother, the team of inspectors get together to investigate. The main inspector, Nikola, has a past with his school friends, are somehow connected to the investigation.

Nikola follows the news leads, finds out more about all the illegal businesses. Milka is trying hard not to fall for Atila, who doesn't hide his feelings. Do illegal business hold the key to the murders?

The murder investigations elopes. Nikola was invited to be a part of the murder case, since he knew the young girl. Young inspector Atila is on the case. The Garcevic and Karan family are acting strange.

Inspector Nikola Krsmanovic deals with ghosts of his past. A girl takes a long journey to give a surprise visit to Srdjan Karan in Senta. Inspector Atila is back in Senta, his hometown. A night before Srdjan's wedding there is a murder.

Nikola finds out who his father is. His loose ends in Belgrade entangle, but Stefan is the one leading the cases. Milka is helping Nikola with the Senta case. She bonds with Atila. Investigation has many dead ends.

Nikola Krsmanović lives outside Belgrade in an unfinished house. He drives a taxi at night and hasn't had a drink for a year. Nikola's ex-wife Maja, married a respectable man, lives with Nikola's daughter in a nice house in the wider city center. Nikola left his job in the police, now works as a driver and protector of elite prostitutes. During one incident, Nikola beat up a banker who attacked one of his wards...
