Kurtlar Vadisi was a Turkish television drama which broadcast mainly on Show TV and then transferred to Kanal D, then atv for its last season. It was mostly about an agent named Polat Alemdar who leaked into the mafia after his plastic surgery. The scenario has direct and indirect references to the Turkish politics and political history from a viewpoint of an undercover agent. Kurtlar Vadisi became one of the most successful TV programmes in Turkey and produced a successful feature film named Valley of the Wolves: Iraq.

    Polat wakes up in Syria after being buried alive in a coffin, finding himself in a hotel with a note containing a name. As he tries to reach the person named and contact Istanbul, chaos unfolds there: Elif has had an accident, Safiye has been kidnapped, Nergiz's old health issues resurface, and Tuncay and İplikçi Nedim are detained by police while trying to flee Turkey. Kılıç falls into a trap while searching for Tilki Andrei. Nizamettin seems indifferent to these problems, while Halo's escape plan appears smooth. Polat, unaware of all this, is prevented from reaching Istanbul. Upon finding the person mentioned in the note, Polat discovers a bag left for him. As he tries to piece everything together, the Syrian Secret Service, Al-Mukhabarat, is on his trail.

Elif fights for her life on the operating table, while Safiye wakes up in a room without doors, certain she'll be killed. Kılıç escapes the trap and disappears. As Polat's attempts to reach Istanbul are still thwarted, Nizamettin announces the first step of his war against the mafia and terrorism to the press.

Elif remains unconscious, fighting for her life. Polat's priority is to prevent the assassination of the Lebanese Prime Minister, unable to get news about his loved ones.
