Sunken floors, rooms cluttered with junk, disgusting bathrooms with a toilet falling through the floor, and an addition that’s literally falling off the house, make this canal front zombie one of the worst the team has ever seen. The flippers must rip out everything except the exterior walls and create a brand new floor plan from scratch. It was a cheap buy, but with so much work to do, the team has to work carefully to keep this Zombie from turning into a complete money pit.

The King Zombie

The team comes across a “lurker” Zombie that looks okay on the surface, but soon reveals tons of hidden water damage under its skin. Fixing it up becomes a race against the weather, as frequent rains start to penetrate the house and destroy their upgrades mid-flip, which can only be solved by a massive redo of the roof that shreds their budget.

The Waterlogged Cabin

The team finds a hurricane-damaged Zombie that already has a buyer lined up who’s willing to pay market value for a good flip. The problem is, he wants it ready in one month. The team must race to remove piles of debris left in the house, fend off rainy weather when their roofing permit gets delayed, and worst of all, risk losing their buyer if they can’t get the house finished on time.

The Speed Flip

When the team finds a low-priced zombie in a good neighborhood, it seems too good to be true. And it is. At first, the team thinks that they're dealing with old termite damage and no live bugs, but the more they look, the more damage they find. As they uncover problems in the ceiling, the floors, and everywhere in between, they realize that this zombie is being eaten from the inside out. They have to tent the house and then repair everything in the house from the floor up in order to turn this bug infestation into a home.

A Gnawing Problem

When the team finds this house on the corner, it seems like the perfect flip, until they learn about the corner traffic that sometimes crashes into the wall behind the house! The team decides to take on the project, but soon disagreements about design waste valuable time and money. Later, Keith finds out first-hand just how dangerous the corner can be, and the flip nearly crashes out of control. Ultimately, Justin convinces the city to put up flashing lights and barriers at the corner, and the team pulls together to create a beautiful new home.

Cornering the Market

The team finds this perfect zombie near Lake Pineloch during an intense Orlando heat wave. It’s the most run down house on a beautiful street, but inside the house, a disjointed floor plan and a broken AC force the team to think outside the box and work through their sweat. When Duke goes rogue designing a new addition, problems keeping the house cool never end, and two floods nearly destroy the home, this flip gets the team hot and bothered. However, the team finds a way to come together despite the heat and create one of their most transformative flips to date.

When the team finds a tiny house overrun with critters, a skeptical Keith lets Ashlee take over as builder. However, the job turns out to be much trickier than she expected when a natural disaster puts a giant branch through the house. Ashlee decides to replace the entire roof, causing the team to worry that this flip could be their first flop.

But as the flippers make over this monster, things start smelling sweeter when they uncover clues to a hidden treasure. As costs of this tricky reno pile up, they hold out hope of striking it rich by unearthing a huge payday.

When the team finds a rundown house on a prime lakefront lot, they see the potential for a nice six-figure payday. But this decaying home has become a haven for wild critters that keep throwing this flip for a loop. Can the team keep nature at bay while turning this property into a beautiful waterfront retreat? Or will the animal invasion eat up all their profits?

This lakefront home has a prime spot on the water, but also a horrible layout–with a long, ugly residential wing designed like a live-in rehab clinic. Ashlee takes the lead on this big flip, but her grandiose designs threaten to blow the budget wide open. Flush with projects, the zombie team has little time for an additional flip--and they don't have the cash on hand. But when a good deal appears, they decide it could be worth it if they can work fast and limit their loan interest to a single one-month payment. It becomes a 30-day race to complete the job, as supply chain problems and personnel shortages threaten to derail their goal.

A 100-year-old house is being offered at a tantalizing price--virtually land value. But that could just mean it's hiding 100 years' worth of problems. The Zombie team takes on this historic renovation in hopes of having a showpiece flip as well as a sweet profit. But decades of termite damage, outdated electrical systems, and hard-to-match vintage details could turn this showpiece into a public disaster.

Fern Creek

The team gets excited when they find a "granny home" -- a house that hasn't been updated in a long time, but has good bones and shouldn't take much work to flip. They snatch it up to do a streamlined, one-month reno. But slowdowns start to affect their plans, including a six-month backup on materials, and even another individual who claims to be the rightful buyer--and has the papers to prove it.

Florene

A small house carries big potential for the team because of its location--situated on a beautiful lake. They snatch up the 3-bed, 1-bath property before having a reno plan, convinced there's money to be made. But deciding how to change the layout and add a bathroom becomes a struggle, as does cleaning up buried garbage on the shoreline, and keeping the neighbor's pet peacocks at bay.

Bumby

The Zombie flippers uncover a "flag lot" property--a house tucked behind another with a narrow access. There's a property line dispute with the neighbor, but the lakefront location and low price are too tantalizing to pass up. The team sets out to resurrect this ragged two-story, battling flimsy construction and sinking floors, only to learn that the property dispute might rob them of lake access completely.

Hourglass

The team finds a sweet price on a time-capsule house--an old home filled with years of clutter. But it has a surprise bonus: the old "workshop" in the back has been converted into a separate dwelling. They snatch up this two-for-one deal to convert it into an owner-renter property, but when the city splits the dwelling into separate addresses, it creates a nightmare backup of permit and inspection delays.

Minnesota

A large corner lot is home to a DIY nightmare--an ugly house that the previous owners left full of half-baked, shoddy renovations. From a master bath that opens into the hallway, to a bedroom as red as the gates of Hell, this property needs a complete redo. The Zombie team takes on the challenge, but with interest rates set to go up, it's a race to finish before housing prices take a tumble.

Amherst

A probate house finally becomes available to the Zombie team, and their initial walkthrough reveals the makings of a sweet party pad--including a patio with a bar, and a backyard with a pool, sundeck, and another bar. They plot a quick one-month flip, but their plans for an entertainer's dream layout hit a snag when they tear down a wall that proves to be structural, derailing their open-plan design.

Bradley

When the Zombie team's architectural consultant Alynne tells Keith she'd like to become more involved in the business, he agrees to take on a side project they can renovate together. The house they find is an outdated disaster of old rock construction, code-violation windows, and horrible finishes. There's plenty to redesign here, but can these new partners see eye-to-eye on how to fix it?

Emerywood

Keith partners up with architectural consultant Alynne on a side project, looking to renovate a home in an Historic Preservation District. But the job gets complicated when they have to follow restrictions set by the Preservation Board, track down unique historic windows, and even correct a dangerous setup of the water heater mounted precariously above the toilet.

Brown

The crew decides that a huge house made of sloppy framework and unstable floors is too crazy even for them. But when a pair of rival flippers nabs the place and asks for the Zombie team's help renovating it, they strike a deal to work together, facing issues like rats in drainpipes and rundown skylights. But their new partners have conflicting views on construction and design that could put this project in jeopardy.

San Juan

The Zombie team ventures outside their usual territory to explore a one-of-a-kind property--a medieval-looking retreat on its own island in a lake. Full of strange relics and mysterious construction, this place is too intriguing to passup, and they set out to reimagine the property for modern times. But the unfamiliar building codes and the challenging location upend this project in a way the crew never could have imagined.

Lake Mary

Former Zombie team member Duke calls the gang together to flip the most zombified house they've ever seen--a nightmare of rotten wood, collapsed roofing, and even a dead raccoon amongst the junk piles inside. Duke agrees to pay for the house and reno if they can finish it in 90 days. But if they can't, they'll owe $351k in outstanding liens. Can they finish in time, or will this risky flip ruin the Blueprint group?

The Fort Worth zombie flippers take on a home in the Blue Mound neighborhood whose previous tenants left it abandoned and covered head to toe in cat feces.

Fort Worth: Canyon Ridge

The Tampa team finds a zombie beach house, complete with a pool perfect for a swamp monster. With an overgrown yard, wasp infested patio, and a hole in the ceiling caused by a leaking roof, this place needs a complete refresh. But the potential to create their own "backyard oasis" is too tempting to pass on. The team takes up the challenge, but will the mounting costs of renovating the pool drown out their dreams of profit?

Dallas: Runningbrook

The Dallas zombie flippers purchase an outdated, cheap investor flip with a poorly constructed garage-to-bedroom conversion; the challenge for Chauncey and Derek is to keep the flip within the 45-day timeline and $45,000 budget.

Dallas: Melrose

Without Chauncey's knowledge, Derek purchases a zombie located in an historical conservation district, hindering the way these flippers are able to renovate the house. With added headaches like foundation and permitting issues, there are big concerns that this team won't be able to finish this rehab on time, let alone turn a profit.

Dallas: Ivandell

Duke is BACK and ready to flip more zombies with our expert Zombie flippers, Keith and Alynne. The team checks out a vintage property in a desirable neighborhood that needs quite an overhaul. From a tar-and-gravel roof that resembles a pot-holed road, to a bathroom setup where you need a map to find the toilet; the renovation budget quickly evaporates. When massive termite damage is discovered within the structure, our team has to decide whether to reanimate this zombie, or bury it.

Orlando: Campbell House

Welcome back to Orlando where our trio of flippers are ready to tackle a 100-year-old Craftsman home in upscale Delaney Park. With only one bathroom sandwiched between two bedrooms, this tiny Zombie needs a lot of work to bring it into the 21st century. Keith, Alynne, and Duke have to restore damaged hardwood floors, get creative with the layout, and update the ancient kitchen if they want to resurrect this craftsman zombie from one of the ugliest houses in the neighborhood to the beauty of the block.

Orlando: Briercliff

The Zombie team is back where it all began in the Jewel Oaks neighborhood of Orlando, where Duke and Keith first flipped a house together. Will they manage to restore this pink nightmare from the '60s as successfully as last time? While the outside is a slightly adorable pink, the inside is a total mess. There's wall-to-wall carpeting, floors with holes, and musty furniture. The team has their work cut out for them, but they can't wait to start tearing into this Mid-Century Monster!

Orlando: Sweetbriar

The team gets recruited by an overwhelmed homeowner for a big-money flip on a lake-front property. Although the potential profit is huge, the outdated layout and termite damage make this dusty time capsule a Mid-Century Mishap. And with the approach of Hurricane Ian on the horizon, this will be the team's soggiest flip yet.

Orlando: Church

The team sets their sights on expanding outside of Tampa in an effort to outwit the difficult housing market. Sam proposes doing a quick 30 day flip in Spring Hill, an hour outside of Tampa, on a house she's been hired to sell, and the team jumps at the idea. But, once inside, the team soon realizes "quick" doesn't always go with "easy" as they face electrical and landscaping challenges. Will they be able to turn the home around in time?

Tampa: Spring Hill

The team scores a major deal when Dolmar is offered a low-price on a small home in a desirable neighborhood in South Tampa. After some debate, the decision is made to turn the home into a long-term rental. But just because the rental plans are long-term, doesn't mean the renovation can be. The team must race against the clock to rehab the house in just thirty days to reap maximum profits.

Tampa: Grace

Dolmar gets a great deal on a zombie in the up-and-coming Spring Hill neighborhood, but after a series of mistakes and expensive renovations this money maker quickly starts to look more like a money pit!

Tampa: Larkin

A wholesale deal in Pinellas Park looks like a three bed house with potential, but when they get there it seems to be more trouble than it's worth. The third bedroom is really just a garage with an electric panel and a bed. Not only does this house need a lot of work but there may be squatters lurking on the property! Dolmar and his team has their work cut out for them if they want to revive this zombie.

Tampa: Terrace

Derek and Chauncey buy an ugly bug infested zombie in Casa Linda, and they have high hopes of turning it around in only 30 days, but when the Dream Team encounter plumbing problems, cabinet calamities, and an actual burglary, will their high hopes of a profitable flip be smashed?

Dallas: Beechmont

Even though Derek is excited about flipping a 60-year-old zombie in 60 days, Chauncey has serious doubts. When they run into huge foundation repairs, a worrisome termite infestation and a massive plumbing repair, not only is their profit margin threatened but so is their ability to even finish the renovation.

Chauncey and Derek take on a partner in their latest zombie renovation. Alynne ropes the team into a triplex renovation with her friend Octavian, who is in way over his head. What starts out as a good deal with huge profit potential quickly turns into a costly venture due to Octavian's perfectionist ways. Can the Zombie team save the day and keep this renovation under budget? Or is this triplex going to turn into a failed flip?

Orlando: Palmer

This lakefront neighborhood zombie seems like a great deal, with its massive swimming pool, vintage original floors, plus the potential to bring in a six figure profit. But with an unexpected roof replacement, their huge payday may just drown in the deep end.

Derek gets a new property for $.50 on the dollar, which makes him confident that nothing could possibly go wrong. But when our flippers face the worst rat and roach infestation in their careers, not to mention rotted floors, their hopes quickly turn to fears. Will their ambitious renovation plans pay off?

Derek and Chauncey take on a zombie house that was abandoned by previous flippers! Left with holes in the roof, termite damage and a dilapidated porch this nightmare house pushes their skills, and budget, to the limit. Can they resurrect this wreck and turn it into a hefty profit?
