On the planet Chode finds his long lost (and to him unknown), identical twin, HRH King Regis Philbrick ruler of all Muldavia. The twins decide to swap places, to try out each others life style. Chode soon finds the boring dreary side of being ruler with all the handshaking and baby kissing, and Regis sees the dangers of fighting dark clowns.
