Five years after their parents left to find help, siblings Taylor and Hayley find a training Jaeger - but it quickly attracts a Kaiju to their village.

While responding to a distress signal, Taylor and Hayley find their parents' abandoned Jaeger and confront the Kaiju that attacked their village.

Dr. Doom manages to transfer his mind into Reed's body by hacking his consciousness. Reed, who is now trapped in Dr. Doom's body, must now figure out a way to return to his friends and family, or else Dr. Doom will destroy the Fantastic Four and several city blocks by transforming the Baxter Building into his new weapon.

Upon returning from a mission, the team finds their neighbors in the Baxter Building much more friendly than usual, but it soon becomes clear their "neighbors" are shape-shifting aliens - the Skrulls!

Namor the Sub-Mariner arrives with a decree banning humankind from the oceans. Susan and Johnny go underwater to negotiate, but are taken prisoner in Atlantis. Ben and Reed must fight their way through sea monsters and Namor to save their teammates.

The Fantastic Four are brought to the Negative Zone where they come face to face with Annihilus. As if that wasn't bad enough, Dr. Doom arrives stealing Annihilus' power source and threatening Earth.

The Mole Man sends a giant monster to attack the Baxter Building, hoping to lure the Fantastic Four into his kingdom of Subterranea.

Doctor Doom creates a super Doombot to face the Fantastic Four. The Four try and retrain this robot to be one of the good guys, but Doom's control is too strong and Doom captures Susan and Reed. Johnny and Ben must fight Doom, but they have to get through the super Doombot first.

Tildie Soames, a mutant whose nightmares become a reality, joins the Brotherhood. Meanwhile, Magento uses his Acolytes to break certain mutants out of prison.

The X-Men are on vacation with Storm as their guardian. Amara falls ill while on the ship.

There is news that Nightcrawler was seen on a ship traveling to Genosha with other mutants, so the X-Men try to find him. Meanwhile, Nightcrawler and the other travelers (including Squidboy and Pixie) are intercepted by “pirates”, who really are Spiral and the Reavers, looking for fighters within the pool of high level mutants to take them to Mojo.

Sabretooth attacks Wolverine when he protects Maverick's daughter from a Weapon X agent.

To regain his honor, Silver Samurai captures the X-Men and attacks Wolverine.

While on foot, Taylor, Hayley and Boy encounter a mobile settlement that traffics in Kaiju body parts. Its shady leader seeks to uncover their secret.

When a Kaiju fast approaches, Shane forces Taylor to copilot Atlas Destroyer with Mei to get it out of harm's way, but Taylor wants to fight.

To take back Atlas Destroyer and save Hayley and Boy, Taylor attempts a risky maneuverer known as "ghost piloting." Joel and Mei make a deadly choice.

The mystery behind Boy's past deepens when Taylor and Hayley find him among dead Kaiju and destroyed Jaegers - along with the creature responsible.

In the future, Professor X is captured by the Sentinels. Along with Domino, Bishop, Hellion, Marrow and others, the Professor plans to break free from his captors.

The M.R.D. takes things too far when Angel's wings are severly damaged. Offering his help, Mister Sinister transforms Angel into Archangel.

When Cyclops' visions of Jean Grey get in the way of a battle against Juggernaut, Emma Frost offers to erase all of his memories of Jean. When he accepts, Emma delves in his mind and is shocked by what she sees.

In the future, Marrow has developed a strong friendship with the re-programmed sentinel.

Information from Professor X suggests that a key event that will lead to the bleak future is imminent: The X Men have to prevent Magneto's helmet from being stolen.

Emma is able to locate the missing Jean Grey after Jean, who is stricken with amnesia, uses her powers in a local hospital. Unfortunately, the event doesn't go unnoticed by Sinister who sends Archangel to retrieve her. Can Emma and Scott get to her on time?
