Cassie turns to Adam when she uncovers a secret about herself that she needs kept from the rest of the Circle, including Diana. Meanwhile, Diana is thrilled when her grandmother Kate drops in for a visit, but Charles is suspicious of his mother’s motives after Kate takes an unusual interest in Cassie. Meanwhile, Faye recruits a mysterious stranger named Lee to help her with a spell that could change the balance of the Circle forever.

Cassie looks up an old friend of her mother's named Heather Barnes and discovers she has been in a catatonic state since the night of the fire 16 years ago. Feeling guilty that her mother and her Circle may have had something to do with Heather's current state, Cassie tells Diana that she wants to use magic to help Heather. Diana refuses to help, but Faye is more than happy to conjure up a spell - for a price.

Cassie is stunned when a notoriously evil figure from her past shows up on her doorstep. However, her surprise quickly turns to suspicion when he asks her to return the medallion she found in the wreckage of the fire that killed their parents. Cassie storms off but is captured by Eben and his band of witch hunters.. Jake offers to trade himself for Cassie’s freedom and when Adam realizes they’re in trouble he calls the Circle. Meanwhile, Faye and Diana are concerned when Melissa starts spending more time with Callum.

Jake gets a surprise visit from an old acquaintance named Samuel, a witch hunter, who has a message for Blackwell about Eben’s surprising next move. Cassie intervenes, forces Samuel to reveal his news and is stunned to find out what Eben is trying to resurrect. Meanwhile, Diana is frustrated that keeping the secrets of who they are is building a barrier between her and Grant. Faye and Melissa agree to help out Adam at the Boathouse and in return get him to help them use their magic to enhance their love life.

Using information provided by his contact, a traitor within the enemy's ranks, Veil tracks down retired military man Cyrus Quinn, a renowned fanatic connected to the execution pictured in "Hidden Agenda". To gain access to the controversial and closely guarded Quinn, Veil must find a way to infiltrate the American Guard, the radical political action group he has founded.

Carefully setting the trap, Alexander Hale, the informant from within The Organization, gains Veil s confidence and persuades him to divulge the details and events surrounding the execution in his "Hidden Agenda" photograph.

The Winchesters must deal with a dangerous spirit bound to an old family portrait that brings misfortune and death to anyone who buys it.

Harm faces Mac in court when he defends a Navy medical corpsman accused of murdering a Marine sergeant during a training exercise. When he finds himself serving on the jury, Bud, feeling like an expert, uses his knowledge of the law during deliberations to help the jurors question the facts of the case, but then discovers the hard way that sometimes things in the courtroom are not what they seem. Cmdr. Turner goes to New London to assist in the deployment of the submarine USS San Antonio. Once there, he helps a young sailor keep his marriage together when his wife intends to file for divorce due to the deployment. When its learned that Harm has two tickets to the Super Bowl, everyone in the JAG office jockey for position in an attempt to be selected to go with Harm to the game. However, it turns out the ""tickets"" to the game are not necessarily the best seats for ""watching"" the game.

Two traitors are uncovered. One is the mole in the Palmer administration who is working with Stanton. The other is the member of the Warner family who helped Syed Ali to bring the bomb into the country. Jack learns of Ali's location and tries to rescue Kate. Kim and Miguel hatch an escape plan to stay out of LA, but the results are disastrous.

Carmen steals objects that have to do with literature such as Mark Twain's writing desk, Charles Dickens's inkwell, and a jungle ruin like the one that appears in the Jungle Book. They follow Carmen's clues to a remote hideaway in the Swiss Alps where they think Carmen was writing her memoirs. However, she was actually sending the detectives on a wild goose chase while Sara Bellum had tapped into Acme's files and stolen them all.

When Carmen tries to steal some treasures from industrialist Malcolm Avalon she discovers a painting representing her mother. At the same time Lee Jordan takes the decision to become the new leader of V.I.L.E. Avalon tells Carmen, that the medaillon she has with her, representing the same woman as on the painting, was a gift for his daughter, but he says, that Carmen can't be his daughter because she died in a fire and she would never have become a thief. To convince him she turns herself in to the police. When Lee abducts Avalon, she breaks out again. Lee says, that she will only see her father again if she works for him...

This was the last episode made, leaving us with the question of if Carmen really found her father, and will she stop her life of crime.

Tonights episode is all about a fellow who decides that the best way to get ahead is to stomp on everyone in his path.

Tom Veil is mugged by a street gang and is stripped of his belongings and, for the first time, the "Hidden Agenda" negatives are out of his possession. While Veil and the Organization both attempt to track down the gang member who stole the pack containing the coveted negatives, the thief winds up dead and Veil is a suspect in his murder.

Billy has just moved into the old Krueger house. He falls for a pretty teenage girl who convinces him to throw a party while his parents are away. The girl's mother is being harassed by a mysterious caller on the radio.

**October 20, 2001** While filling in at Patuxent River for pilots that have been deployed overseas, Harm learns his friend, Cmdr. Scott Webster is being charged with fraternization with his RIO. Harm is granted permission to search his clients computer for any communication with his RIO which could be used against him. Cmdr. Webster receives a call that his son has been arrested for speeding & freeing to elude. Cmdr. Webster leaves Harm alone at the house while he picks up his son. Going through the hard drive, Harm discovers information that he might be considering selling national secrets, but attorney-client privilege prevents Harm from disclosing that information and his client does not wish to discuss it.

Steve Dart a student at Springwood High School decides to take it easy to escape stress. When he is called to the principal's office he starts having nightmares and soon discovers the high school's shocking secret. Also Max must work for his uncle's pizza restaurant and he too discovers a shocking secret.

Carmen gives herself a Christmas present by downloading The Chief. Only he's got a virus, and is losing his memory. He thinks that Carmen is still good, and that Zach and Ivy are thiefs.

Reed discovers a strange ""goop"" that can affect people's emotions. It comes from the Micro Verse and Psycho Man wants it back. He captures Sue, making her into Malice, Mistress of Hate.
