Matthew gives Isabelle a substance that can kill her if it's injected.

The team finds themselves under siege by an undetectable Alpha when they bring in a potential Red Flag member for questioning.

Stardate: 48959.1. The Defiant is off to show the Federation's presence to the new Tzenkethi government. While underway the ship malfunctions and Bashir is suspected of sabotage.

Stardate: 49011.4. When the Klingons bring a task force to DS9, Captain Sisko sends for Starfleet's lone Klingon officer, Worf, to uncover the mysterious intentions of their presence.

Stardate: Unknown. When Starfleet institutes martial law to combat the Changeling Menace, Sisko begins to question if the Dominion is the real threat.
